What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Proposal dated 15 Sep 2026 from Jordan Pike offering the Enterprise tier at £125k a year, with a total deal value of £155k including one-off implementation. It is an offer only: nothing is signed and no service levels are quoted as figures.
What it is: a customer-facing proposal, stored as final, for Enterprise against a group-wide analytics suite. It states "This proposal is an offer, not a commitment on either side."
Price: the subscription is £125k annual, in advance. The £155k total "is not an annual price"; it is the first-year subscription plus the one-off implementation fee.
Commits: nothing binding. Service levels are described only as the highest availability, fastest P1 response and credits for availability and data freshness, with no figures.
Not settled: the implementation fee is not itemised, no connector dates are given, no signatory is named, and no order form exists. The evidence does not show the customer's response or any named contact.

Body
Etowah Lane Equipment Rental - Proposal
Prepared for: Etowah Lane Equipment Rental, Atlanta Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: 15 Sep 2026 Status: Final
Why we are writing
Etowah Lane rents construction and industrial equipment from about a hundred and forty branches across the US South-East. Contractors rarely deal with just one part of your business. A single contractor account can touch a branch, the national-accounts team and credit, and each of them sees a different slice.
To be transparent about where we are: you are evaluating Enterprise against a group-wide analytics suite, and this proposal is meant to help you compare the two on the things that matter to your teams. Here's where we are, and what we are proposing.
What you told us you need
Read the whole document (6,056 characters)
- Branch teams, national-accounts managers and credit analysts should see each contractor account in one view, not three.
- Answers should come from the systems your people already use, without a team of analysts reconciling exports by hand.
- The data should stay inside your own environment, and your security team should be able to review exactly how that works.
- The result has to be usable by people who will never open a dashboard tool, so they can simply ask a question.
What we propose
BB-Demo sells the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance data and more. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data does not leave your control.
We propose the Enterprise tier, because you need company-wide coverage and a security review, and because single sign-on and automated user provisioning will matter at your scale.
What Enterprise gives you
- Pages, chat and search across the connected systems, so a branch manager can ask about a contractor and get one joined-up answer.
- The dashboards builder, for the teams that want recurring views of account health, exposure and activity.
- Single sign-on and automated user provisioning, so access follows your own directory.
- An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side, who is accountable for the relationship at senior level.
- The Enterprise service levels: the highest availability commitment we offer, the fastest first response on priority-one issues, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.
- The Enterprise user and connector allowances, which are the largest we offer.
Premium support and the Sandbox are part of the Enterprise offer from the current price book. We can walk through both with your IT team.
How the brain would be used by each team
| Team | What they would ask | What it replaces |
|---|---|---|
| Branch managers | What is the full history with this contractor, across rentals, calls and open issues? | Searching several systems and calling colleagues |
| National accounts | Which contractor accounts are growing, flat or going quiet across branches? | Manual roll-ups from branch reports |
| Credit | What has changed in this contractor's activity and payment behaviour recently? | Separate lookups and email chains |
Implementation approach
Implementation is a fixed-fee engagement, delivered in phases, and includes support for your security review. Because you have asked for transparency here, the main stages are:
- Security review. We answer your security team's questions directly and share how the brain is built inside your Snowflake account. If there is a point we cannot meet, we will say so early.
- Connect. We connect the first set of systems and agree the order in which further sources come online. Each connector promised in the order form carries a commitment on how quickly it goes live.
- Prove on your data. Your teams see answers drawn from your own records, not a demo dataset.
- Roll out. Branches, national accounts and credit are brought on in turn, with training for each group.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP, as for every BB-Demo customer.
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, in advance | £125k |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee, includes security review support | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value | Subscription plus the one-off implementation fee | £155k |
To be clear about what the numbers mean:
- The annual price for the Enterprise subscription is £125k.
- The total deal value of £155k is not an annual price. It is the first-year subscription plus the one-off implementation fee, which is paid once.
- After the first year, the recurring cost is the annual subscription only.
There is no contracted recurring revenue today, because nothing has been signed. This proposal is an offer, not a commitment on either side.
Comparing with the group-wide analytics suite
We would rather you compared like with like. When you weigh the two options, we suggest asking each of them:
- Can a branch manager ask a plain-language question and get an answer without a report being built first?
- Where does the data live, and who controls it?
- How are calls, emails and tickets brought in alongside structured records?
- What happens to answers when a source system changes or stops loading?
- What is the full cost in the first year and afterwards?
We are happy to sit with your team and go through our answers to each of these.
Next steps
- Your security team receives our review materials and puts its questions to us.
- We agree which systems connect first and who in each team will be the early users.
- We run a working session on your own data so that branch, national-accounts and credit users can judge the answers themselves.
- If the proposal fits, we prepare an order form under our master agreement for signature.
What would make this a yes? If there is a requirement we have not covered, or a number that does not sit right, tell me and I will fix it or say plainly that we cannot.
