What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft Enterprise proposal prepared by Jordan Pike on 10 Sep 2026. It prices the annual subscription at £125k and the first-year total at £155k including implementation. Nothing is contracted until an order form is signed. No availability % or P1 time is stated.
What it is: a working draft proposal for new business, marked "Status: Draft". It sets out an Enterprise build inside Etowah Lane's own Snowflake account, compared against a group-wide analytics suite.
Commits: nothing. The text says "nothing here is contracted until an order form is signed by both parties". Price is £125k for the annual subscription, billed in advance, and £155k as the first-year total.
Unusual: the document itself warns the £155k "is not an annual price" and that there is "no contracted annual recurring revenue" until an order form is executed.
Not settled: connector list, add-ons, user numbers, data residency, start date, payment terms and term length. Service levels are described only as the Enterprise levels, with no figures. The implementation fee is not stated separately.

| Prepared by | Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo |
| Date | 10 Sep 2026 |
| Tier proposed | Enterprise |
| Deal type | New business |
This is a working draft for discussion. Open points are listed at the end and nothing here is contracted until an order form is signed by both parties.
Context
Etowah Lane Equipment Rental rents construction and industrial equipment from a large network of branches across the US South-East. Your branch teams, national-accounts team and credit team each hold a different part of the picture of a contractor account, and today someone has to reconcile those pieces by hand.
You are evaluating Enterprise against a group-wide analytics suite. To be transparent, the two are different kinds of product, and this proposal sets out what we would build for you and how it would be run so you can compare them fairly.

The goal you described is simple: a branch manager, a national-accounts lead and a credit analyst should all be able to look at the same contractor account and see one consistent view, and ask questions of it in plain English.
What BB-Demo would deliver
BB-Demo sells the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, product usage, finance and HR data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it is today and your security team keeps control of it.
For Etowah Lane this means:
- One view of each contractor account. Records from your CRM, your accounting system, your helpdesk and your call recorder are joined so that a contractor appears once, with its history.
- Questions answered in chat. Branch, national-accounts and credit staff ask questions such as which contractors have open disputes and rising balances, and get an answer grounded in your own records.
- Pages, search and dashboards. Shared pages per contractor account, search across all connected sources, and the dashboards builder for the views each team wants to own.
- Refreshed data. The brain refreshes overnight so teams start each business day on current information.
Scope: Enterprise
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Users | The Enterprise user allowance, company-wide |
| Connectors | The Enterprise connector allowance, with the connectors we agree at order form carrying a go-live commitment |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder |
| Identity | SSO and SCIM |
| Governance | An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side |
| Security | Security review support during implementation |
| Service levels | The Enterprise availability level and the Enterprise first-response time for P1 issues, with service credits for availability and data freshness |
| Customer success | Quarterly business reviews |
The exact connector list, user numbers and any add-ons, such as dedicated US data residency, Premium support or the Sandbox, are still to be confirmed with your team and are not priced into this draft.
Implementation approach
Implementation is a fixed-fee engagement, delivered in phases:
| Phase | Focus | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Kick-off | Confirm sources, owners and success measures | Jordan Pike with your project lead |
| Security review | Answer your security questionnaire, agree access model inside Snowflake | BB-Demo with your security team |
| Connect | Bring the agreed sources into the brain and check record counts | BB-Demo |
| Model | Join contractor accounts across sources and agree the single view | BB-Demo with branch, national-accounts and credit leads |
| Launch | Train first users, publish pages and dashboards | BB-Demo with your team leads |
We will share a dated plan once the order form is agreed. We would rather give you honest dates after the security review than promise them now.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, annual, billed in advance | £125k |
| Total deal value including the one-off fixed-fee implementation | £155k |
Notes on the figures:
- The annual price of £125k is the recurring subscription and is what would renew each year.
- The total deal value of £155k is the first-year total and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price.
- There is no contracted annual recurring revenue with Etowah Lane until an order form is executed.
- Prices are in GBP. Any change to billing frequency can be discussed.
What would make this a yes?
Here is where we are, and what we would want to agree together:
- A successful demo on a sample of your own contractor data, so you see the single view rather than a slide.
- A clear answer from your security team on the access model inside Snowflake.
- Agreement on which connectors matter most for the first phase.
- Agreement on which team goes first, branch, national accounts or credit.
Open points in this draft
- Final connector list and any add-ons.
- User numbers by team.
- Data residency requirements from your security team.
- Target start date and your project lead.
- Commercial terms, payment terms and term length, to be set out in the order form under the MSA.
Next steps
- Jordan Pike to review this draft with your sponsor and collect comments.
- Agree a date for the demo on your own data.
- Share the security questionnaire so the review can run alongside commercial discussions.
- Issue a revised proposal and, once agreed, the order form.
Thanks, Jordan
