What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Proposal dated 8 Sep 2026 from Jordan Pike to Laura Kessler and DeShawn Mitchell for the Enterprise tier: £125k a year subscription and a £30k one-off implementation, payable thirty days from invoice. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a proposal for the Enterprise tier of the company brain, built inside Etowah Lane's own Snowflake account. It is stored as final, but nothing in it is signed.
Commits: the subscription is "Annual, billed in advance" and the implementation is a "One-off fixed fee, including security review support". Payment terms are "thirty days from invoice".
Unusual: no discount is assumed, and any discount would apply to the first term only. The document positions the brain alongside the existing group-wide analytics suite and says it does not replace it.
Not settled: the text gives no availability percentage, P1 response time or refresh deadline, only that the Enterprise service levels apply. It also gives no start date, term length, connector list or multi-year cost view, which Laura still needs to confirm.

Body
Etowah Lane Equipment Rental - Proposal
Prepared for: Laura Kessler, Chief Financial Officer, and DeShawn Mitchell, VP National Accounts Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: Tuesday 8 September 2026 Status: Final
1. Context
Etowah Lane rents construction and industrial equipment from a large network of branches across the US South-East. Contractors rent from many of those branches at the same time, so the same customer is seen differently by the branch manager, the national accounts team and credit.
DeShawn's team wants one view of each national contractor account. Laura's question is a fair one: what does this do that Etowah Lane does not already pay for, and what does it cost over the full term? This proposal answers both, and sets the company brain alongside the group-wide analytics suite you already own.
To be transparent, we are not asking you to replace that suite. We are proposing a layer that answers account-level questions across your systems, without a project to rebuild reports.
2. What we propose
Read the whole document (5,697 characters)
BB-Demo proposes the Enterprise tier of the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays where it is.
The Enterprise tier is designed for company-wide and regulated buyers and includes:
- Pages, chat and search across connected systems
- The dashboards builder, with quarterly business reviews
- Single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning
- An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side
- The Enterprise user and connector allowances
- The Enterprise service levels for availability, first response and data freshness
3. What each team sees
| Team | The question they ask | What the brain gives them |
|---|---|---|
| Branch managers | What is happening with this contractor across the other branches? | One account view, in plain language, including open balances and recent conversations |
| National accounts | Which contractor accounts need attention this week? | A single summary per national account, drawn from the CRM, calls and emails |
| Credit | Is exposure on this contractor changing? | Finance data and account activity side by side, with the source of each answer shown |
The aim is that branch, national accounts and credit all work from the same facts about a contractor, so they stop reconciling systems by hand.
4. How it sits alongside your existing analytics suite
| Group-wide analytics suite (already owned) | The company brain | |
|---|---|---|
| Main purpose | Reporting and analytics across the group | Asking questions of an account across systems |
| Who it serves best | Finance and analysts building reports | Branch, national accounts and credit teams who want an answer, not a report |
| Where the data lives | As configured today | Inside your Snowflake account |
| Replaces the other? | No | No |
We will provide a line-by-line comparison during evaluation, as requested, so that Laura can see exactly where the two overlap and where they do not.
5. Commercial terms
All prices are in GBP.
| Item | Description | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, billed in advance | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year |
| Enterprise implementation | One-off fixed fee, including security review support | Thirty thousand pounds |
Notes on the figures:
- The subscription is the annual price. The implementation is a separate one-off fee and is not repeated in later years.
- Payment terms are thirty days from invoice.
- Add-ons such as additional users, additional connectors, Premium support, the Sandbox, dedicated US data residency and an on-site training day are priced separately and are not included above.
- No discount is assumed in this proposal. Any discount would be agreed in the order form and applies to the first term only.
6. Security and procurement
We understand that nothing is signed until security and procurement are complete. For Enterprise, the implementation fee includes support for your security review. We will answer your security team's questions directly, including the ones that are awkward, and we will not ask you to move ahead of that process.
7. Delivery approach
- Security review. Your security team receives our questionnaire answers and architecture notes, and we support follow-up questions.
- Connection. We connect the agreed systems inside your Snowflake account, starting with the CRM and the systems that national accounts and credit rely on.
- Demo on your data. Before go-live, DeShawn's team sees real contractor accounts in the brain, not sample data.
- Rollout. Branch managers, national accounts and credit are onboarded in turn, with the executive sponsor checking progress.
- Review. Quarterly reviews track questions asked, who is asking them and what value the teams are seeing.
8. Decisions needed
| Decision | Owner at Etowah Lane |
|---|---|
| Agree the scope of connected systems | DeShawn Mitchell |
| Review the comparison with the existing analytics suite | Laura Kessler |
| Confirm three-year cost view and budget | Laura Kessler |
| Complete security and procurement review | Laura Kessler, with her security and procurement colleagues |
9. Next steps
- BB-Demo sends the side-by-side comparison and a multi-year cost view for Laura.
- DeShawn nominates the branch and credit users for the demo on Etowah Lane data.
- Security and procurement start their review in parallel.
- Jordan Pike holds the commercial terms on the BB-Demo side and is the first contact for any question on this document.
Thanks, Jordan
