What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26A final QBR deck presented 26 Jul 2026 by Amara Obi. It shows Growth-tier adoption well below the 40 licensed seats, a quiet support picture and a plan towards the renewal conversation before the term ends 1 Dec 2026.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review from the Customer Success Manager, who describes herself as "fairly new to the account". It is not a contract and sets no service terms.
Says: average daily active users were "just under nine, against forty licensed seats", up a little on the previous quarter. Two tickets, none high priority, no overdue invoices.
Quotes the contracted annual recurring revenue as £42k and the term end as 1 Dec 2026. These are the deck's own statements, not checked against an executed order form.
Not settled: which teams the active users sit in, how many questions each team asks, and who attends or decides at Carnmoor. The renewal actions are dated only as "Within the next few weeks" and "Well before 1 Dec 2026".

Body
Carnmoor Fleet Leasing - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier. Prepared by Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo. Presented 26 Jul 2026. Status: Final.
Purpose of today
Hi, I'm Amara, your Customer Success Manager. I'm fairly new to the account, so this review starts from the records rather than from memory. The aim is to agree what good looks like for the rest of the term and who else at Carnmoor should be using the brain.
Three questions for the room:
- What would make the brain indispensable to the corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing?
- Who else should have access?
- What do we need to see by the end of the term to be confident about renewal?

Here's what the numbers say: usage
- Average daily active users over the last month came in just under nine, against forty licensed seats.
- That is up a little on the previous quarter. The direction is right, and the level is the opportunity.
- Most of your licence is not yet being used. That is headroom, not a problem, but it is also value you have already paid for.
What the numbers do not show yet: which teams the active users sit in, and how many questions each team asks. I would like to look at that split with you, because one team doing most of the asking would be a key-person risk.
Support and service health
| Measure | Last month |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | Two |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Quiet is good here. Two tickets from a small active group reads as a healthy, stable setup. If either ticket is still open on your side, tell me today and I will chase it.
Accounts are fully up to date, with nothing overdue.
Value: what we set out to do
You bought Growth so that corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing could see each client's fleet, queries and invoices together, without reconciling systems by hand.
Things worth testing together:
- Can an account manager prepare for a client meeting from the brain alone?
- Does the driver service desk reach for it when a query comes in, or still open each system separately?
- Is remarketing using it to see the history of a vehicle and its client in one place?
I would rather hear honest answers than assume. Where the answer is no, that tells us where to put adoption effort.
Opportunities
- Wider access. With this much headroom on the Growth user allowance, adding colleagues costs nothing extra. The question is who. Candidates are team leads, finance contacts who chase client invoices, and anyone who currently asks others for fleet summaries.
- Dashboards. Dashboards built by your own team are the clearest sign of investment. A first set for each of the three teams would give each a reason to open the brain daily.
- Connectors. Let's confirm every source you rely on is connected within the Growth connector allowance and is refreshing as expected.
Risks to watch
- Low active use relative to seats can make the value hard to state at renewal. If nobody can say what the brain is worth, the renewal gets harder.
- Adoption concentrated in a few people leaves the account exposed if one of them moves on.
- Nothing in the records points to a data freshness problem, but please flag it if answers ever feel out of date.
Plan to renewal
| Action | Owner | By when |
|---|---|---|
| Review active users by team and agree who else needs access | Amara Obi with Carnmoor team leads | Within the next few weeks |
| Agree one dashboard per team and a named person to build each | Carnmoor team leads, supported by Amara Obi | Before the next QBR |
| Confirm all connected sources are healthy | Amara Obi | Within the next few weeks |
| Hold the renewal conversation, including value achieved and term | Amara Obi, with Sophie Ling on commercial terms | Well before 1 Dec 2026 |
Next steps
Let's get the next QBR in the diary today, so it lands ahead of the renewal conversation rather than after it. If you leave with one job, make it a list of who else should have access.
Best, Amara
