What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final QBR deck by Amara Obi presented on 23 Apr 2026. It reports use nearly doubled from a small base against 40 licensed seats, a quiet ticket queue and no overdue invoices. It states £42k contracted ARR and a term ending 1 Dec 2026.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review for the Growth tier, prepared by Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager. It is a review deck, not a contract, and it sets no new terms.
Claims: "Just under eight regular users sit against 40 licensed seats, so most of the licence is unused." It also states "Contracted annual recurring revenue is £42k under the executed order form" and that the term runs to 1 Dec 2026.
Risks named: a thin user base, an unused licence and value not yet written down. The deck says a finance reader will question the idle seats at renewal.
Not settled: use is not broken down by team, so the driver of growth is unknown. No value examples are captured yet, and the deck does not state the renewal price or a v2 price change. The order form itself is not in this document.

Carnmoor Fleet Leasing - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Prepared by Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Presented Thursday 23 April 2026 Status: Final

This is the review of how the brain is working for your corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing. Growth was bought so that each team sees a client's fleet, queries and invoices in one place. This deck looks at whether that is happening.
Headline: here's what the numbers say
| Measure | Where it stands | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| Active users, thirty-day average | Just under eight | Almost double the prior quarter |
| Licensed users | 40 | Unchanged |
| Tickets raised in the last thirty days | One | Quiet |
| High-priority tickets in the last thirty days | None | Healthy |
| Overdue invoices | None | Healthy |

The short version: use has nearly doubled since the prior quarter, support has been quiet and the account is paid up. The brain is landing well with the people who have picked it up.
Usage: adoption is growing from a small base
- The thirty-day average of active users is up by close to a hundred per cent against the prior quarter. That is a strong trajectory.
- The level is still low against the licence. Just under eight regular users sit against 40 licensed seats, so most of the licence is unused.
- Growth in the early months of a Growth-tier account usually comes team by team, not all at once. The question for this quarter is which team is next.
What the evidence does not show: this review covers active users only. It does not break use down by team, so I cannot yet say which of the three teams is driving the rise. That is the first thing to settle with you.
Value: what the brain is for
The reason for buying Growth was to stop people reconciling systems by hand. For each team that means:
- Corporate account managers: one view of a client's fleet, open queries and invoices before a client call, without asking three colleagues.
- Driver service desk: the history behind a driver's query in the same place as the fleet record.
- Remarketing: the vehicle and contract context in one place when a vehicle comes back.
I would like to hear from you, in your own words, where it has already saved time. A couple of concrete examples from the people using it will make the value case much stronger when we get to renewal.
Support and service
- One ticket in the last thirty days and no high-priority tickets.
- Nothing is open against the Growth service levels: availability, first response on priority issues, and the nightly refresh by 07:00 on business days.
- No service credits are in play.
A quiet ticket queue is good news here because it sits alongside rising use. Low tickets with falling use would be a worry. Low tickets with rising use looks like people getting on with it.
Commercial position
- Invoices are up to date, with nothing overdue.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £42k under the executed order form.
- The term runs to 1 Dec 2026. The renewal conversation is mine to lead, and the formal renewal notice will come to you well ahead of that date.
- I will bring a usage and value summary to that conversation so nothing about the renewal is a surprise.
Risks and watch points
- Thin base of users. Growth in use depends on a handful of people. If one of them moves on, the numbers could drop quickly. Spreading use across more people removes that risk.
- Unused licence. Most of the 40 seats are idle. At renewal, an unused licence is the first thing a finance reader will question.
- Value not yet written down. Use is up, but no one has yet captured what it is worth. That needs doing before the renewal discussion.
Opportunities
- More people on the licence. Who else should have access? The 40 seats already paid for are headroom, so extending use needs no new spend.
- Dashboards. The dashboards builder is part of Growth. A few dashboards built by your own team would show investment and make the brain a daily habit.
- A named champion per team. One regular user in each of the three teams who shows colleagues how they use it.
