What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Proposal from Sophie Ling dated 2 Oct 2025 recommending the Growth tier. Annual subscription £42k; deal amount £54k including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an order form, so nothing in it is executed.
What it is: a final, version one proposal prepared by Sophie Ling for Carnmoor Fleet Leasing, recommending Growth for corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing.
Pricing: "Growth subscription, annual price | £42k" and "Deal amount (total, including the one-off implementation fee) | £54k". The text says the deal amount "should not be read as an annual price". No discount is reflected.
Billing: invoiced annually in advance, quarterly on request, payable within thirty days. Service levels are described only as "the Growth service level", with no figures stated.
Not settled: the document does not show acceptance, signature or an executed order form. It is also silent on user and connector numbers and on any connector delivery dates. Any tightened service levels would be "reflected in the order form".

Body
Carnmoor Fleet Leasing - Proposal
Prepared for: Carnmoor Fleet Leasing, Milton Keynes Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 2 Oct 2025 Status: Final, version one Proposed tier: Growth
Context
Carnmoor Fleet Leasing is a contract-hire and fleet-management company that runs a very large estate of company cars and vans for UK employers. Over our recent conversations your team described a familiar pattern: the information needed to serve a single client sits in several places. Corporate account managers see contracts and commercial history. The driver service desk sees queries and incidents. Remarketing sees vehicles coming off lease. Finance sees invoices. Each group has to ask the others, or reconcile by hand, before it can answer a client with confidence.
This proposal sets out how BB-Demo's company brain would give those teams one shared view of each client's fleet, queries and invoices, and what it would cost.
What you told us you need
Read the whole document (5,500 characters)
- Corporate account managers want to prepare for a client review without chasing three colleagues for the latest position.
- The driver service desk wants to see the client's fleet and recent history while a driver is still on the line.
- Remarketing wants to understand a client's fleet, its condition notes and its invoicing context before vehicles return.
- Leadership wants a trustworthy answer to the question "what is the whole picture for this client?" without a week of spreadsheet work.
What the company brain is
The company brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance and other business data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment under your own controls. Your people ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from the underlying systems, with the source shown.
Recommended tier: Growth
We recommend Growth because your need spans several teams rather than one. Growth includes:
- Pages, chat and search across the connected systems.
- The dashboards builder, so account managers and the service desk can build the views they actually use.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Amara Obi, to check adoption and value.
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance, which we have sized against the teams named above.
- The Growth service level for availability and for first response to priority incidents.
- A nightly refresh so each morning starts on current data.
If Carnmoor later wants to extend the brain company-wide, or needs single sign-on and an executive sponsor, the move to Enterprise is a straightforward upgrade and we would credit the conversation, not restart it.
Scope of the first engagement
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Source connection | The systems your teams use for client records, queries and invoicing, connected into your Snowflake account |
| Data model | Client, fleet, query and invoice records joined so one client reads as one story |
| Team onboarding | Corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing |
| Dashboards | A starter set built with your team, then owned by your team |
| Adoption | Guided sessions in the first weeks and a review with your customer success manager |
Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work. It is priced once and does not vary with the effort involved.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £42k |
| One-off implementation, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount (total, including the one-off implementation fee) | £54k |
To be clear about how to read these figures: the annual price of £42k is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £54k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual price. The implementation fee is paid once at the start. In later years the subscription is the only recurring charge.
This proposal reflects no discount. The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request, and invoices are payable within thirty days.
What we need from Carnmoor
- A named sponsor on your side who can make decisions between teams.
- An administrator who can approve access to each connected system.
- A representative from each of the three teams to shape the first dashboards.
- A short review of your security and data requirements, which our team will support.
Service levels
The Growth service level applies from go-live. Availability is measured on the service, with service credits available if it is missed. Priority incidents receive a first response within the Growth response time. The nightly refresh completes before the start of your business day on business days. If any of these need to be tightened for Carnmoor, we can reflect that in the order form.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your leadership and the three team leads.
- Tell Sophie Ling of any changes to scope, users or connected systems.
- We prepare the order form under our master agreement on the terms above.
- On signature, your customer success manager, Amara Obi, schedules the kick-off.
