What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft proposal dated 29 Sep 2025 for the Growth tier: £42k annual subscription and a £54k first-year deal amount including implementation. Marked draft, not an offer capable of acceptance. Service levels are referred to the order form without figures.
What it is: a BB-Demo proposal prepared by Sophie Ling for Carnmoor Fleet Leasing. It describes a Growth tier brain over the CRM, helpdesk and accounting systems for three teams. It says "Not yet an offer capable of acceptance."
Commits: nothing binding. The pricing table shows "Annual, billed in advance" at £42k and a deal amount of £54k that "is not an annual price". The text says contracted annual recurring revenue "is zero until an order form is executed".
Unusual: no discount, auto-renewal or notice period is stated. Service levels are only described as the standard Growth levels, with no figures.
Not settled: the source list, quarterly or annual billing, security questions and the start date are listed as open points. The evidence does not show whether an order form was ever issued or signed.

1. Context
Carnmoor Fleet Leasing provides contract-hire and fleet-management services to UK employers, running a very large estate of company cars and vans on behalf of its clients. Today the information a team needs about one client's fleet sits in several places. Corporate account managers, the driver service desk and the remarketing team each work from their own systems, and a simple question about a single client can mean three separate look-ups and a manual reconciliation.
Carnmoor has asked BB-Demo how the company brain could give those three groups one shared view of each client: the fleet, the queries raised and the invoices issued, together in one place.
2. What we heard
Read the whole document (5,665 characters)
- Corporate account managers want to walk into a client review already knowing what the driver service desk has been dealing with.
- The driver service desk wants to see the client's fleet and recent invoices without leaving the query it is working on.
- Remarketing wants a consistent picture of the vehicles coming back, tied to the client relationship that owns them.
- Nobody wants another system to maintain. The answer has to sit on top of what Carnmoor already uses.
This is our reading of the discovery conversations. Please correct anything we have misunderstood.
3. Proposed solution
BB-Demo builds and runs the company brain inside Carnmoor's own Snowflake account, so Carnmoor's data stays under Carnmoor's control. The brain connects the systems the three teams already use, indexes them nightly, and lets people search and ask questions in plain English.
3.1 Subscription: Growth tier
The Growth tier is designed for several teams working from one shared layer. It includes:
- the Growth user allowance, which covers the three teams named above with room to add colleagues;
- the Growth connector allowance, enough for the CRM, the helpdesk, the accounting system and the further sources discussed in discovery;
- pages, chat and search across all connected sources;
- the dashboards builder, so teams can put the figures they review most often in front of them;
- quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
If Carnmoor later needs more users or connectors than the Growth allowances, additional blocks of each are available as add-ons, and an upgrade to Enterprise is possible if company-wide use or single sign-on becomes a requirement.
3.2 Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement over about eight weeks. It covers connecting the agreed sources, configuring the first set of pages and dashboards for each team, and training the first users. Any connector promised in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days of signature.
3.3 Service levels
The Growth tier carries the standard Growth service levels:
- availability at the Growth commitment;
- a first response to priority-one issues at the Growth response time;
- the nightly refresh completed before the start of the UK business day, on business days;
- service credits for availability breaches at the Growth rate.
The order form will set these out in full. Any change Carnmoor wants to these terms would be written into the executed order form.
4. Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual, billed in advance | £42k |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount | Subscription for the first year plus the one-off implementation fee | £54k |
Notes on the pricing:
- The deal amount of £54k is the total value of the first year, including the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price.
- The annual subscription price is £42k. This is the figure that would apply to the subscription each year, subject to the renewal terms in the order form.
- Billing is annual in advance. Quarterly billing is available on request.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is zero until an order form is executed.
5. Proposed plan
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Agree scope | Confirm the sources, the three teams and the first dashboards | Sophie Ling with Carnmoor |
| Contract | Order form issued under the BB-Demo MSA and reviewed by Carnmoor | Sophie Ling |
| Implementation | Connect sources, configure pages and dashboards, train users | BB-Demo delivery team |
| Adoption | First review of questions asked and usage by team | Amara Obi |
6. Open points
This draft leaves the following for the next conversation:
- The final list of sources to be connected in the first phase, and which of them are the priority for the driver service desk.
- Whether Carnmoor wants quarterly billing rather than annual in advance.
- Any security or data-handling questions Carnmoor's IT and information security colleagues want answered before signature.
- The target start date for implementation.
7. Next steps
- Carnmoor reviews this draft and sends comments to Sophie Ling.
- Sophie and Amara walk the three teams through a demonstration on Carnmoor's own data, so the value is seen rather than described.
- Once scope and pricing are agreed, BB-Demo issues an order form for signature.
This proposal is a draft and the figures above may change as scope is confirmed.
