Final security questionnaire answered by BG-Demo for Pawtuxet Foodservice, created 18 Feb 2026. States a 30 minutes P1 first response and nightly refresh by 07:00 local time. It states no availability figure and no price.

What it is: a version 1 questionnaire marked final, filed under the customer's Security folder. Answers cover encryption, access control, isolation, logging, support and data handling for the Enterprise tier.

Commits: "P1 incident first response (Enterprise)" is "30 minutes, available Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 20:00 UK time". It also states "Nightly refresh completes by 07:00 your local time, business days", a named support engineer and a monthly business review.

Unusual: the monthly business review is stated as included in Enterprise, whereas the standard offering lists quarterly QBRs for Growth. The 07:00 to 20:00 window is tied to the P1 response.

Not settled: this is a questionnaire, not a contract. It names no signatory, no service credits, no availability percentage and no price, and it does not say whether an order form was executed. SOC 2 Type II is described only as readiness support, with detail deferred to the data processing agreement.

Information security architecture

QuestionAnswer
How is data encrypted in transit?TLS 1.2 or higher for all data transmission to the customer's Snowflake account and between integrated systems.
How is data encrypted at rest?Customer data is encrypted at rest within the customer's Snowflake account using the customer's encryption keys managed by Snowflake.
What access controls do you use?Role-based access control via the brain interface. Enterprise tier includes SSO and SCIM integration for identity management, allowing the customer's IT to control access centrally via their directory.
How is customer data isolated? Each customer's brain is a dedicated Snowflake database instance within the customer's own Snowflake account. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the Snowflake account level.
What logging and monitoring is in place? All access to the brain is logged. Logs are retained in the customer's Snowflake account. The customer can query logs at any time.

Data handling and compliance

All customer data remains at rest in your Snowflake account. BG-Demo accesses data through queries but does not copy, backup or store data outside your account.

We support SOC 2 Type II compliance readiness for Enterprise customers. Specific certifications, audit scopes and control details are documented in the data processing agreement.

Security assessment

Enterprise customers may request an on-site security review as part of implementation. This is included in the Enterprise implementation fee.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
