What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Completed security questionnaire dated 16 Dec 2025, signed off by Hannah Lowe. It states 99.5% availability, P1-style acknowledgement within one business hour, refresh by 07:00 and a 10% of one month's fee credit. It is not a contract.
What it is: a customer security questionnaire for the Growth tier implementation, completed by Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, on 16 Dec 2025. It describes the brain living in a Snowflake account under the customer's control.
Commits: "We aim for 99.5% availability" and tickets acknowledged "within one business hour" with updates every two hours. Nightly refresh is "by 07:00 local time on business days", with a credit of "10% of one month's subscription fee" if missed.
Unusual: the document says it "remains valid for the term of your contract", yet it is a questionnaire and not an order form. The credit for a missed refresh is stated for Growth, whereas the standard terms credit only availability for Growth. The availability wording is an aim, not a firm commitment.
Not settled: it names no contract, signatory, price or term dates. An executed order form would decide which service terms actually bind.

This questionnaire confirms BG-Demo's compliance with information security standards for the Growth tier implementation.
| Question | Response |
|---|---|
| Data location and ownership | |
| Where does the brain live? | In a dedicated Snowflake account in your control. Your data does not leave the account; we access it only to configure connectors and troubleshoot. |
| Who controls access to the brain and its data? | You do. Your nominated admins set user access policies within the Snowflake account. BG-Demo personnel do not retain persistent access. |
| Connectors and data flow | |
| Which systems will we connect? | Your CRM, call recorder, email platform, and helpdesk system, plus any other data sources your team identifies during setup. The Growth tier allows 8 connectors. |
| How often does data refresh? | Every night on business days, with refresh complete by 07:00 your local time. Connectors pull data from your source systems; data is not copied elsewhere. |
| What if a connector fails? | We monitor all connectors for failures. Your admins are alerted immediately if a source stops |

syncing. All raw data remains in your original systems. | | User authentication and access control | | | How do users log in? | Growth tier supports SSO via SAML or OIDC, if your Snowflake environment is configured for it. Otherwise, password login with your identity provider. | | Can you restrict which data users see? | Yes. Your admins control which pages each user or team can access. By default, all users see all data; you can narrow this by role or function. | | Incident response and support | | | What happens if there is an outage? | We aim for 99.5% availability. For Growth tier, we acknowledge support tickets within one business hour and provide updates every two hours until resolution. | | What if data refresh is delayed? | Growth tier commits to nightly refresh by 07:00 local time on business days. If this SLA is missed, you are credited 10% of one month's subscription fee. | | Audit, compliance and certifications | | | Do you undergo security audits? | Yes. We are audited annually to SOC 2 standards. Our current audit report is available to your IT team under NDA. | | Can you provide audit logs of your access? | All queries against your Snowflake account are logged within Snowflake itself. You retain full visibility and control over those logs. |
This questionnaire reflects the Growth tier service specification. It remains valid for the term of your contract, subject to any material change in infrastructure or service scope.
