1. Services
The Supplier will provide the Customer with:
- The Company Brain – Starter subscription
- Data integration of up to 4 connectors
- Nightly data refresh (complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days)
- Access for up to 15 concurrent users
- Pages, search and chat functionality
- Standard support with a 4-hour first response on Priority 1 issues
Implementation
- 4-week implementation programme
- Connector configuration and validation
- Team training and documentation
- Soft launch and go-live support
