1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between BB-Demo Limited ("Supplier") and Garrow Lusk ("Customer").
2. Services
The Supplier will provide the Company Brain – Starter tier, comprising:
- Search and conversational query interface
- Integration with up to 4 data sources
- User access for up to 15 team members
- Nightly data refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days
3. Service Period
Start Date: 22 June 2023
End Date: 21 June 2024
Term: 12 months
4. Pricing and Payment
