What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026BG-Demo's final, version 1 onboarding plan for the Growth tier, prepared 24 Nov 2024 by Callie Brennan. It states a contracted subscription of £40k a year with 40 licensed users, and a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 on business days. It states no availability or P1 response figure.
What it is: a five-phase plan from access and kickoff to handover, written by Callie Brennan for the customer. It restates the subscription as "The contracted subscription is £40k a year, with 40 licensed users, under the order form that runs to 21 Nov 2025."
Commits: connectors are kept within "up to eight connectors", and the first refresh must confirm "the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 on business days". The customer must supply written access before kickoff.
Unusual: the £40k figure sits below the v1 Growth list of £44k, which suggests a first-term discount, though the plan does not say so. It also flags a single customer admin as a risk and asks for a second admin at kickoff.
Not settled: the plan is not the order form and does not give the service levels, the P1 response time, connector go-live dates or payment terms. It names no customer people; project lead and administrator are "To be agreed at kickoff by role". The renewal date comes from the order form it cites, not from this document.

Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final. Version 1. Prepared 24 Nov 2024 by Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo.
1. Purpose
This plan sets out how we get B-Glass live for Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers on the Growth tier, from the start of the subscription on 22 Nov 2024 to a first refresh the team can trust and an admin who can run things alone. The contracted subscription is £40k a year, with 40 licensed users, under the order form that runs to 21 Nov 2025.

| Account executives and claims team leads, customer | By role | Early users and feedback on answers |
3. Phases
Phase 1: Access and kickoff
Before we switch on the refresh, nothing is connected without written access.
What I need from your side is:
- the list of systems the account executives and claims team work in every day
- a named administrator for each system
- written access or credentials for each source, sent before the kickoff, not after
- confirmation of who will be the brain admin on your side
Done when: every source on the list has written access in place and the kickoff has been held.
Phase 2: Connect and map
- Connect the sources in priority order, starting with the ones the claims team and account executives use most.
- Map fields and check each mapping against real records before we call it done.
- Keep within the connector allowance of the Growth tier, which is up to eight connectors.
Done when: each connector loads and the mappings have been checked against sample records with your project lead.
Phase 3: First refresh
- Run the first full refresh and review record counts source by source.
- Agree any corrections to mappings and re-run where needed.
- Confirm the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 on business days.
Done when: the first refresh lands cleanly and your project lead has signed off the results.
Phase 4: Users and training
- Invite users up to the 40 licensed seats, starting with the account executives and the claims team.
- Run short working sessions on asking questions of the brain, using your own data and your own cases.
- Set up the first dashboards with the team that will use them.
Done when: the first group of users is asking questions without help from us.
Phase 5: Handover
- Hand over a written setup note covering sources, mappings, schedules and known limits.
- Walk your admin through running a re-sync and adding a user.
- Introduce Marcus Bell as the ongoing contact for adoption and check-ins.
Done when: your admin can run the day-to-day tasks alone and the setup note has been received.
4. Risks and dependencies
| Risk | Why it matters | Mitigation |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials arrive late | Connectors cannot start without written access | Request all access before kickoff and chase weekly |
| A source system changes during setup | A connector may stop loading | Tell us before any change to a connected system |
| Single admin on the customer side | One person leaving would stall support | Name a second admin at kickoff |
| Low early usage | Value is hard to see without questions being asked | Start with named champions in each team |
5. How we will know it is working
- Every agreed source is connected and refreshing nightly.
- Users are asking questions regularly, and not only one or two people.
- Your admin can explain what is connected and what is not.
Thanks, Callie
