What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Quarterly business review deck prepared 19 Jan 2026 by Daniel Okafor. It says Enterprise users are well below the 160 licensed, the term ends 9 Jul 2026, and renewal talk should start. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck for an Enterprise account, six months after the 10 July 2025 start. It is stored as final, version 1, and is not a contract.
Commits: BG-Demo to run a usage walk-through with merchant onboarding and complaints within the next quarter, and to agree value measures before the next review. Sophie Ling is to start the renewal conversation.
Unusual: the deck gives contracted annual recurring revenue of £103k, a figure quoted from the deck only, not checked against an order form. It says usage is "well below" 160 licensed users but gives no active count.
Not settled: time saved is not quantified, and adoption in merchant onboarding and complaints is unknown. The renewal terms and price are not stated. The deck is dated well before the as-of date, so its position may be stale.

Vellacott Payments - QBR
Quarterly business review, prepared 19 Jan 2026 Presented by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Sophie Ling
1. Where we are
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Customer since | 10 July 2025 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £103k |
| Licensed users | 160 |
| Current term ends | 9 Jul 2026 |
Vellacott Payments bought Enterprise after a security review, so that partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams can see each client together in one place. This review covers how that is going six months in.
2. Usage
- Active users are steady against the prior quarter. There has been no real movement either way.
- The number of people using the brain each month is well below the 160 licensed users. That is headroom, and it is also the main thing for us to talk about today.
- Usage so far looks concentrated in the teams that were in the first rollout. We do not yet have a clear picture of how far merchant onboarding and complaints have adopted it, and we would like to look at that together.
3. Value
Read the whole document (3,393 characters)
- The original case was one shared view of each client across three teams. The teams that use it regularly tell us they no longer reconcile client records by hand before a review.
- We have not yet put a number on time saved, and we would rather do that with your team than guess. A short working session would let us agree what to measure before the next review.
4. Support and service
| Measure | Last 30 days |
|---|---|
| Support tickets raised | A single ticket |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
The account is quiet on the support side. A quiet account with steady usage is fine, but we do not want quiet to hide teams that have not started. We will check with each team lead directly.
5. What Enterprise gives you
A reminder of what is included, so you can tell us which of these your teams are using:
- Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning
- An executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side
- The Enterprise availability and support response commitments in your order form
- Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days
6. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a usage walk-through with merchant onboarding and complaints | Daniel Okafor with each team lead | Within the next quarter |
| Agree two or three value measures with your sponsor | Daniel Okafor | Before the next review |
| Review user allocation against the 160 licences | Daniel Okafor and Sophie Ling | Ahead of renewal planning |
| Start the renewal conversation | Sophie Ling | In good time before the term ends on 9 Jul 2026 |
7. Renewal timing
Your current term ends on 9 Jul 2026. Our ninety-day renewal notice will reach you ahead of that date, and Sophie will be in touch about renewal terms. The more we can show on adoption and value between now and then, the easier that conversation will be.
8. Questions for you
- Which teams do you most want to see using the brain by the middle of the year?
- Is there a system your teams still reconcile by hand that we have not connected?
- Who should we invite to the next review, beyond today's group?
Just to close the loop, I will come back to you with the usage walk-through dates once you have told us which teams to start with.
Best wishes, Daniel
