What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final QBR deck by Marcus Bell for the Enterprise account. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £119k and a term to 5 Jan 2027, and flags active users at around a sixth of 150 licensed, with a modest fall.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell, reviewed on Monday 25 May 2026. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £119k" and "Current term runs to 5 Jan 2027".
Usage: active users are "Around a sixth of the licensed users", with "A modest fall" on the prior quarter. Support is quiet, with one ticket and no overdue invoices.
Plan: Marcus will review usage by team and site and run a refresher session. Lewis Kerr will confirm the renewal timetable ahead of the renewal notice.
Not settled: the deck gives no exact user counts, no named champion and no cause for the fall. It does not state any service levels, and the £119k figure is not checked here against an order form or invoices.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - QBR
Final | Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo | Review date: Monday 25 May 2026
1. Where we are
- Customer since Monday 6 January 2025, on the Enterprise tier.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £119k.
- Licensed users: 150.
- Current term runs to 5 Jan 2027.
- Account owner at BB-Demo: Lewis Kerr. Customer Success Manager: Marcus Bell.
2. What the brain is for at Kingdon
Kingdon runs MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria. The brain brings each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices into one place, so contract managers do not have to reconcile three systems by hand.
3. Usage
I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter:
| Measure | Reading |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 150 |
| Active users, 30-day average | Around a sixth of the licensed users |
| Change against the prior quarter | A modest fall |
| Overall picture | A small group of regular users, with plenty of unused headroom |

The number of people actually asking questions is well below what the licence allows. That is the main thing I would like to work on with you.
4. Support and service
| Measure | Last 30 days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | One |
| High-priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Support has been quiet and the account is up to date on payments. A quiet queue is good news, but alongside a fall in active users it also tells us people may simply be using the brain less. I would rather ask than assume.
5. What we want to understand
- Which contract managers and finance colleagues are using the brain week to week, and which are not.
- Whether the fall in active users reflects a team change, a busy period or a gap in training.
- Whether any of the twelve sites would benefit from a short refresher session.
6. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review usage by team and site with Kingdon contract managers | Marcus Bell | Next few weeks |
| Run a short refresher session on referral and turnaround questions | Marcus Bell | Before the end of the quarter |
| Agree who the day-to-day champion is | Kingdon, with Marcus Bell | Next few weeks |
| Confirm renewal timetable and any commercial questions | Lewis Kerr | Ahead of the renewal notice |
7. Renewal
The term ends on 5 Jan 2027. Lewis Kerr will pick up any commercial points ahead of the renewal notice. My focus is making sure the brain is earning its place with the people who use it.
8. Next step
Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book 30 minutes to go through usage by team?
Thanks, Marcus
