What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final onboarding plan dated 6 Jan 2025 for a Growth tier brain with 40 licensed users, taking Kingdon Diagnostics from signature to handover in eight weeks. It states a contracted £42k and a contract end of 5 Jan 2026. It states no service levels.
What it is: a BB-Demo onboarding plan by Callie Brennan, in four phases over eight weeks, from access and kickoff to handover to Marcus Bell. It says "The executed order form decides scope and terms."
Commits: milestones with owners, including all agreed connectors live by the end of week five, first clean refresh by the end of week six and handover by the end of week eight. Customer IT owes written access before kickoff.
Unusual: the plan lists "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" of £42k, which is below the v1 Growth list of £44k. The plan does not say whether that reflects a discount.
Not settled: it gives no availability, P1 response time, refresh deadline or service credit terms. The contract end of 5 Jan 2026 is stated, but the plan does not say what happened at renewal.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Onboarding Plan
Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Plan date: 6 Jan 2025 Status: Final
Purpose
This plan takes Kingdon Diagnostics from signature to a working company brain on the Growth tier. The aim is that contract managers can see each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices together, in one place, without reconciling three systems by hand.
Contract in brief
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £42k |
| Contract start | 6 Jan 2025 |
| Contract end | 5 Jan 2026 |
| BB-Demo account owner | Lewis Kerr |
| BB-Demo customer success manager | Marcus Bell |
The executed order form decides scope and terms. If anything here differs from it, the order form wins.
Phases and owners
Phase one: access and kickoff (week one)
Read the whole document (3,203 characters)
- Agree the connector list with the customer's operations lead. Owner: Callie.
- Confirm written access for each source: the CRM, the helpdesk and the accounting system. Owner: customer IT.
- Confirm the Snowflake account the brain will run inside. Owner: customer IT.
- Hold the kickoff call and agree the weekly check-in. Owner: Callie.
What I need from your side is written access for every connector before the kickoff, not after. I will not start a connector without it.
Phase two: connect and map (weeks two to five)
- Connect sources one at a time, checking each mapping before the next.
- Map referral, ticket and invoice records to the right trust, so that one trust reads as one organisation across all three.
- Record any field that does not map cleanly and agree the fix with the customer's data owner.
Phase three: first refresh and review (weeks six and seven)
- Run the first full refresh and check record counts against the source systems.
- Walk the contract managers through search and chat on their own data.
- Review the first dashboards with the customer's team.
Before we switch on the refresh for everyone, the customer's admin and I will sign off the mapped fields together.
Phase four: handover (week eight)
- Hand over a written setup note covering connectors, mappings and credentials ownership.
- Confirm the customer's admin can run the nightly refresh checks alone.
- Transfer the account to Marcus Bell for adoption and the first quarterly review.
Milestones
| Milestone | Target | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Written access for all connectors | Before kickoff | Customer IT |
| Kickoff held | End of week one | Callie |
| All agreed connectors live | End of week five | Callie |
| First clean refresh | End of week six | Callie |
| Handover and setup note | End of week eight | Callie |
Risks to watch
- Credentials arriving late, which moves every later step.
- A source system changed during onboarding, which can stop a connector loading.
- Only one active user early on. Rollout to the wider contract-management team needs to be planned in phase three, so the licence is used.
