What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal dated 11 Nov 2024 from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier. Subscription is £42k annual, in advance; the £54k deal amount is the first year including implementation. It is a proposal, not an order form, and states no service levels.
What it is: a proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown, stored as final. It offers the Growth tier, built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account, with pages, chat, search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
Commits: it states the price, not a binding contract. "the annual price of the subscription is £42k" and the £54k "is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee", so it will not repeat at renewal.
Unusual: the implementation fee is not shown separately; it is "Included in the deal amount below". Connector live-by dates are promised only for the order form.
Not settled: no availability, P1 response time, refresh deadline or service credit is stated. No connector list, user numbers, start date or term dates are given. It is not signed, so the executed order form decides contracted terms, and the evidence does not show which terms that form holds.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal
Prepared for: Kingdon Diagnostics, Newcastle upon Tyne Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 11 Nov 2024 Status: Final
Context
Kingdon Diagnostics runs MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites across the North East and Cumbria. Your contract managers currently pull together each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices from separate systems, which takes time and makes it hard to give a trust a single, up-to-date picture of how its service is performing.
In our conversations we have heard three things consistently:
- Contract managers want to see one trust at a time, with referrals, turnaround tickets and invoices side by side.
- The answers need to come from your own data, held securely, without another place to copy it to.
- The team needs to ask questions in plain English rather than build reports each time.
What we propose
Read the whole document (3,410 characters)
We propose the Growth tier of the company brain. BB-Demo builds and runs the brain inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it already lives. It sits as one AI-queryable layer over the systems your contract managers rely on: your CRM, the helpdesk and the accounting system.
Growth gives you:
- Pages, chat and search across the connected sources.
- The dashboards builder, so contract managers can build a view per trust and keep it.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Amara Obi, to look at usage and value together.
- The Growth allowance of users and connectors, which covers several teams working from the same brain.
Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work. It covers connecting your sources, building the first set of per-trust views with your contract managers, and training the team to ask their own questions. We will agree the connector list and the order they go live in with your team at the start, and write the live-by commitments into the order form.
Your account owner at BB-Demo is Lewis Kerr, who will own the commercial terms. Amara Obi will own adoption and the reviews once you are live.
Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual, in advance | £42k |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | First year including implementation | £54k |
To be clear on the figures: the annual price of the subscription is £42k. The deal amount of £54k is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee, so it is not the annual price and will not repeat at renewal.
What we need from you
- A named sponsor on your side, ideally from the contract management team.
- Read access to the systems to be connected, arranged with your IT colleagues.
- A small group of contract managers who will help shape the first views.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your finance and contract management colleagues.
- Let us know any questions on scope or the connector list and we will answer them promptly.
- Once you are happy, we prepare the order form under our master agreement for signature.
If anything here does not match what you were expecting, tell me and leave that with me. I will confirm any detail you would like checked before it goes into the order form.
Best, Tom
