What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal dated 6 Nov 2024 from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier in Kingdon Diagnostics' own Snowflake account. Annual subscription £42k per year; deal total £54k for the first year including implementation. Not executed.
What it is: a draft proposal, v1, headed "Draft for discussion", from Tom Ashdown to Kingdon Diagnostics. It proposes the company brain on the Growth tier over referrals, helpdesk tickets and invoices.
Commits: nothing binding. Pricing is "£42k per year" for the subscription, with a "Deal total (first year, including implementation)" of £54k, invoiced annually in advance, with quarterly billing on request.
Unusual: the draft states no availability percentage or response time, only "the standard Growth service level". Any discount is unconfirmed, would apply to the first term only, and sits with Lewis Kerr.
Not settled: sources and sites in scope, number of users, billing frequency and connector live-by dates. The text says "All prices are to be confirmed in the order form, which takes precedence over this proposal." The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. This version is dated 6 Nov 2024 and comes from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Open points are listed at the end.
1. Context
Kingdon Diagnostics runs an independent diagnostic imaging network, offering MRI and CT services to NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites across the North East and Cumbria. Contract managers currently have to look in several places to see each trust's referrals, the tickets raised about reporting turnaround, and the invoices that follow.
BB-Demo proposes the company brain on the Growth tier, built and run inside Kingdon Diagnostics' own Snowflake account, so that those three views sit together and can be queried in plain language.
2. What we heard
- Contract managers spend time reconciling referral, ticket and invoice data by hand.
- Reporting-turnaround tickets matter most to the trusts and need to be seen next to the referrals they relate to.
- The team wants one place to ask a question rather than one report per system.
3. Scope

The deal total of £54k is the whole value of the first year, including the one-off implementation fee. The recurring annual price is £42k. Subscription is invoiced annually in advance on standard payment terms, and quarterly billing can be arranged on request.
5. Timeline
Once an order form is signed, implementation starts with a kickoff, then access to sources, connection and mapping, a first refresh, and training. Dates will be fixed with the order form rather than in this draft.
6. Next steps
- Kingdon Diagnostics reviews this draft and sends comments to Tom Ashdown.
- BB-Demo confirms the list of sources and the connector commitments.
- The security questionnaire is completed and returned alongside this proposal.
- An order form under the MSA is issued for signature.
