What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A BB-Demo quarterly business review for a Starter customer, presented by Marcus Bell on 2 Mar 2025. It shows the £20k annual subscription, 15 licensed users and a term ending 30 Apr 2025, and sets out renewal preparation.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It covers usage, value, support and the plan to the renewal, and is stored as final.
Commits: it lists actions rather than contract terms. Marcus owns a consultant session and collecting examples, and Priya Raman owns the "Renewal conversation and order form" by "Before 30 Apr 2025".
Risks: usage is described as "concentrated in a few people", and most of the 15 seats are not in regular use. The deck says value is not yet written down, so a value case is still needed.
Not settled: the deck states no service levels, no renewal price and no outcome. It does not show whether the renewal happened.

Grisedale Search & Selection - QBR
Quarterly business review Presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: 2 Mar 2025
Slide 1: Agenda
- Usage this quarter
- Value your team is getting
- Support and issues
- Plan for the next quarter, including the renewal
Slide 2: Your account at a glance
| Customer since | 1 May 2024 |
| Tier | Starter |
| Licensed users | 15 |
| Annual subscription | £20k |
| Current term ends | 30 Apr 2025 |
Slide 3: Usage
I've pulled the numbers for the quarter.
- Active users are up on the previous quarter. It is a small, steady group: consultants plus the operations manager.
- Most of the 15 licensed seats are not in regular use. That is headroom rather than a problem.
- Usage is concentrated in a few people, so it is worth spreading the habit across the wider team.
Slide 4: Value
What the brain is being used for at Grisedale:
Read the whole document (2,075 characters)
- Seeing a client account, its open roles and any complaints together, without switching between systems.
- Consultants preparing for client conversations with the full picture to hand.
- The operations manager spotting client complaints early and following them through.
We would like to capture one or two concrete examples from your team before the renewal, so the value is written down and easy to point to.
Slide 5: Support and issues
- One ticket in the last 30 days, none of them high priority.
- No overdue invoices.
- Nothing outstanding that needs escalating.
Slide 6: Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | When |
|---|---|---|
| Short session with consultants on getting more from search and chat | Marcus Bell | Before the term ends |
| Collect two or three examples of where the brain saved time | Marcus Bell with the operations manager | Before the term ends |
| Renewal conversation and order form | Priya Raman | Before 30 Apr 2025 |
Slide 7: Questions
Happy to jump on a call if anything here needs more detail. Shall we book 30 minutes with the operations manager to agree the examples?
Thanks, Marcus
