What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck for a Growth tier customer, prepared by Daniel Okafor on 10 Nov 2025. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £48k and a term ending 27 Dec 2025. It sets no service levels and is not a contract.
What it is: a BB-Demo customer success deck, stored as final, covering usage, value, support and opportunities. It is a review, not paper that binds either side.
Stated figures: "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" is £48k, with 50 licensed users and a "Current term ends" date of 27 Dec 2025. The deck says three tickets were handled "within the Growth service level" without giving the level itself.
Opportunities: more users, a dashboards session and a connector check. Usage is described only in words, with no counts.
Not settled: the renewal outcome. The deck says the renewal conversation is "Under way, to be confirmed with your team", and the customer's value examples were still to be captured. The executed order form is not in this document, so the contracted figure should be checked against it.

Body
Pentreath Cold Chain - QBR
Quarterly business review | Growth tier | Prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo | 10 Nov 2025
Thank you to the Pentreath Cold Chain team for your time. This deck covers how the company brain is being used, the value it is giving your account managers, support activity and the plan for the coming months.
1. Where we are
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Customer since | 28 Dec 2023 |
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 50 |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £48k |
| Current term ends | 27 Dec 2025 |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Pentreath bought Growth so that account managers can see each client's temperature-excursion tickets, orders and contract reviews together, across Avonmouth and the two satellite depots. That remains the purpose we are measuring against.
2. Usage
Read the whole document (3,286 characters)
- Active users: the average number of people active over the last 30 days has grown compared with the prior quarter. The increase is clear and steady rather than a single spike.
- Licence headroom: active users are still well inside the 50 licensed users, so there is room for more of the commercial and operations teams to join without any change to the plan.
- Questions asked: the brain is being used for day-to-day account questions, not only for reviews. We would like to look at who asks the most, so that usage does not rest on one or two people.
3. Value delivered
- Account managers now check a client's recent excursion tickets and open orders in one place before a contract review, instead of moving between systems.
- Contract review preparation is quicker because the relevant history sits next to the order data.
- We would like to capture one or two concrete examples from your team during this review, so the value is written down in your words as well as ours.
4. Support and service
| Measure | Last 30 days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | Three |
| High-priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Ticket volume is low and nothing urgent has been raised. The three tickets were routine and have been handled within the Growth service level.
5. Opportunities
- More users: with usage growing, it is worth asking which teams are not yet using the brain and whether an additional block of users would help.
- Dashboards: the Growth tier includes the dashboards builder. A short working session could help your team build views for excursion trends by client.
- Connectors: we should confirm that every source your teams rely on is connected and refreshing as expected.
6. Plan and next steps
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Walk through this deck with your operations lead | Daniel Okafor | This month |
| Agree one or two value examples from account managers | Daniel Okafor with your team | Before the term end |
| Review user numbers and any additional users needed | Tom Ashdown | Before the term end |
| Renewal conversation for the term ending 27 Dec 2025 | Tom Ashdown and Daniel Okafor | Under way, to be confirmed with your team |
Just to close the loop: the current term ends on 27 Dec 2025, and we want the renewal to be straightforward for you. I'll come back to you with a proposed time for the follow-up call.
Best wishes, Daniel
