What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown's proposal of 13 Oct 2023 for the Growth tier: £43k annual subscription, £55k total first-year deal including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an order form, and sets no service-level figures.
What it is: a customer-facing proposal for the Growth tier, marked "Status: Final" but still a proposal. It proposes pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews with Daniel Okafor and an eight-week fixed-fee implementation.
Price: "Growth subscription, annual price" is £43k. The £55k "is not an annual price, and it will not recur at renewal".
Commits: invoicing is annual in advance on 30-day terms. Pricing is to be carried into the order form "without change unless we agree otherwise".
Not settled: service levels are deferred to the order form, "the document that decides your contracted terms". The document does not state the implementation fee separately, connector counts, a start date or any signature. Only an executed order form fixes contracted terms.

Body
Pentreath Cold Chain - Proposal
Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 13 Oct 2023 Status: Final
Context
Pentreath Cold Chain provides temperature-controlled storage and distribution for food and pharmaceutical clients, working from Avonmouth and two satellite depots. Account managers currently move between several systems to understand one client: temperature-excursion tickets in one place, orders in another, contract reviews somewhere else.
You asked us to show how those pieces could sit together, so that an account manager can see a client's excursions, orders and contract position in a single view before a review or a difficult call.
What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of the company brain, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same data, which fits an account management group, operations and the people who handle contract reviews.
Scope
Read the whole document (3,206 characters)
- One AI-queryable layer over the systems your account managers already use, connected up to the Growth connector allowance.
- Pages, chat and search, so an account manager can ask a plain question about a client and get an answer drawn from tickets, orders and contract material.
- The dashboards builder, so your own team can build the views they want for client reviews.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Daniel Okafor, to look at how the brain is being used and what it is worth to you.
- A fixed-fee implementation, planned over eight weeks, to connect your sources and get the first teams asking questions.
What we will do first
We will start with the temperature-excursion tickets, because that is where your account managers lose most time. Orders and contract reviews follow, so that by the end of implementation each client has one joined-up picture.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £43k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £55k |
The annual price is the recurring subscription, invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms. The total deal amount of £55k is the value of the whole first-year deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price, and it will not recur at renewal.
Service levels
Service levels for the Growth tier are the standard ones for that tier. We will set them out in full in the order form, which is the document that decides your contracted terms.
Assumptions
- Your team can give us access to the source systems and a technical contact during implementation.
- The connectors in scope are those agreed during discovery. Anything beyond the Growth allowance can be added later.
- Pricing in this proposal is confirmed by Tom and will be carried into the order form without change unless we agree otherwise.
Next steps
- You confirm the scope above, or tell us what you would change.
- We prepare the master services agreement and order form for your review.
- We agree a start date for implementation and name the people on both sides.
If anything here does not match what you heard in the demo, tell me and I will put it right.
Best, Tom
