What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final QBR deck dated 17 Sep 2026, prepared by Hollie Grieve. It reports rising use, one ticket and no overdue invoices on a Growth plan with contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k and contract end 29 Apr 2027.
What it is: the first quarterly business review since the customer joined on 30 Apr 2026, written by the Customer Success Manager. It is a review deck, not a contract.
Commits: it restates the order form position, "The contracted annual recurring revenue is £50k, as set by the executed order form." It also says "Nothing in this review changes the contracted price or terms."
Not settled: the deck says "We have not yet put a number on time saved" and does not show how many questions are asked or who asks them. Nobody at the customer has yet stated what the brain is worth.
Next: the plan asks Jordan Pike to confirm the commercial position before the renewal notice window opens. The deck gives no exact date for that.

Quarrington Care Network - QBR
Prepared by: Hollie Grieve, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Account owner: Jordan Pike Review date: 17 Sep 2026 Plan: Growth, under the business associate agreement Status: Final
Purpose of this review
This is the first quarterly business review since Quarrington Care Network joined BB-Demo on 30 Apr 2026. It covers how the company brain is being used, what value it is giving the referral-relations and patient-services teams, what has gone wrong, and what we propose for the coming quarter.
The short version: adoption is climbing, support has been quiet, and the account is paid up. The main question for the next quarter is how to turn a good start into a habit across all the teams that were in scope at purchase.

Quarrington Care Network is a home-health and hospice operator with about sixty branches across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The brain gives referral-relations and patient-services teams one view of each referring hospital's calls, tickets and contracts, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.
Usage: adoption is moving the right way
- Over the last thirty days, a little over thirteen people were active on an average day.
- That is up by well over half compared with the prior quarter, which is the strongest single sign that teams are coming back to the brain rather than trying it once.
- Against forty licensed users, there is a lot of headroom. Roughly a third of the licence is in daily use, so there is no pressure on seats and no case yet for adding users.
What this does not show. The activity figure is an average of active people. It does not tell us how many questions are being asked, or whether a small group is doing most of the asking. We would like to look at that split together before the next review, because a handful of heavy users is a key-person risk if one of them moves on.
Value: what the teams are getting
The case for the purchase was simple: stop reconciling a referring hospital's calls, tickets and contracts by hand, and ask the brain instead.
- Referral-relations staff can see a hospital's recent conversations and open issues in one place before they pick up the phone.
- Patient-services staff can see the contract and service history behind a referral without switching systems.
- Because the brain runs in your Snowflake account, the work sits within your existing HIPAA controls and the business associate agreement.
We have not yet put a number on time saved. That is something we would rather measure with your teams than estimate for them, and it is the first item in the plan below.
Support and service
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | One |
| High-priority tickets | None |
| Service credits due | None |
One ticket in a month, with none at high priority, is what we would expect from a healthy and quiet account at this stage. Given usage is rising, we read this as people finding their way rather than staying silent. Response against the Growth service level has been in line with the standard for the tier.
Nightly refresh is running to the standard service level for all tiers, so the brain is current for the start of each business day.
Billing
- The contracted annual recurring revenue is £50k, as set by the executed order form.
- There are no overdue invoices.
- Nothing in this review changes the contracted price or terms.
Risks and watch points
- Breadth of use. Adoption is strong but may be concentrated in one or two teams. We need to confirm that both referral-relations and patient-services are represented among the active users.
- Key-person dependence. We do not yet know whether a small number of people ask most of the questions.
- Value evidence. Nobody at Quarrington Care Network has yet been asked to state what the brain is worth in their own terms. Before the renewal conversation we want that on paper.
- Connector health. Nothing is flagged, but we will keep an eye on whether record counts keep growing, as a flat count is the earliest sign of a source that has stopped loading after a system change.
Opportunities
- Deeper use inside the Growth plan. The dashboards builder is part of Growth. A few dashboards that the teams build themselves tend to make the brain part of the weekly routine.
- More teams. If other groups at Quarrington Care Network are asking for the same view of their own relationships, the Growth plan has room for them within the licensed users.
- Later, not now. If usage keeps climbing and begins to approach the licensed users, we would discuss additional users or a move up a tier. We do not recommend that today.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review who is asking questions and which teams they sit in | Hollie Grieve with the customer's referral-relations lead | Within the next few weeks |
| Agree two or three measures of value the teams will track | Hollie Grieve with the customer's patient-services lead | By the next review |
| Walk the teams through the dashboards builder | Hollie Grieve | Next month |
| Confirm commercial position ahead of renewal | Jordan Pike | Before the renewal notice window opens |
| Hold the next quarterly review | Hollie Grieve | Next quarter |
Renewal outlook
The contract runs to 29 Apr 2027. We are well ahead of the renewal conversation, and the signals are good: rising use, a quiet support queue and a clean payment record. The aim of the next quarter is to make sure that, when the renewal conversation starts, the value is already written down in the customer's own words.
Summary
- Adoption is up strongly on the prior quarter.
- Support is quiet, with no high-priority tickets.
- Billing is clean and the contracted annual recurring revenue is £50k.
- The work now is to spread use across teams, name the value, and prepare calmly for renewal.
Thank you to everyone at Quarrington Care Network who has helped the brain bed in over the past few months.
