What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final quarterly review deck prepared by Elena Novak for Brenneck Pay on the Growth tier. It reports roughly eleven daily active users against forty licensed, two tickets, no overdue invoices and a contract end of 2 Feb 2027. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck dated 28 Jun 2026, stored as final. It cites the executed order form for the commercial position and shows contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k.
Commits: Elena Novak to confirm ticket response times against the Growth service level in writing, "Next week", and to agree a written value statement before the next quarterly review. Matteo Ricci is to keep terms and renewal plan aligned.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The deck says Growth service credits "apply to availability only" but gives no percentages or response times.
Not settled: the value statement is not yet written, and the deck says "Without a written account of the benefit, the renewal conversation relies on usage alone." It does not show which teams use the brain, or who asks the questions.

Body
Brenneck Pay - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BB-Demo Date: 28 Jun 2026 Status: Final Account owner: Matteo Ricci
1. Agenda
To confirm, this review covers five areas:
- Where the account stands under the contract
- Usage and adoption since the last quarter
- Value for merchant account management and merchant risk
- Support and service
- Actions, owners and what happens next
2. Account snapshot
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Customer | Brenneck Pay, Frankfurt |
| Industry | Payments, supervised by BaFin |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 3 Feb 2026 |
| Contract end | 2 Feb 2027 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £50k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Data location | EU region, inside the Snowflake account |
| Overdue invoices | None |
The account is in good standing. There are no overdue invoices, and the commercial position is the one set out in the executed order form.
3. Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (4,807 characters)
- Average daily active users over the last thirty days came to roughly eleven, against forty licensed users.
- Active users have more than doubled compared with the prior quarter. This is the strongest adoption signal in the period.
- Roughly a quarter of the licensed seats are in regular use, so there is clear headroom inside the current licence. No additional users are needed at present.
Reading the trend. The direction matters more than the level. A user base that doubled in a quarter suggests the brain is becoming part of the weekly routine for merchant teams. We will keep watching who asks the questions, so that the account does not depend on one or two people.
4. Value delivered
Brenneck Pay bought Growth so that merchant account managers and merchant risk work from one view of each merchant. The adoption growth above points to that purpose being met.
- Merchant account managers use the brain to see a merchant's activity and history in one place, rather than reconciling several systems by hand.
- Merchant risk works from the same view, so account and risk conversations about a merchant start from the same facts.
- EU data residency. Data stays in an EU region, which matters for a supervised payment institution.
We would like to record a short, written statement from Brenneck Pay on the time saved and the decisions supported, so that the value of the brain can be stated in the customer's own words at renewal.
5. Support and service
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | Two |
| Marked high priority | One |
Two tickets from a growing user base is a healthy, low-noise picture. The Growth tier carries its own first-response commitment for priority issues and an availability commitment, and service credits for Growth apply to availability only.
As agreed in our process, I will make sure that the response times for both tickets are checked against the Growth service level and confirmed to you in writing.
6. Risks and watch points
- Breadth of use. Adoption is rising quickly but from a modest base. We should confirm that both merchant account management and merchant risk are represented among the regular users.
- Value statement. Without a written account of the benefit, the renewal conversation relies on usage alone.
- Renewal timing. The contract ends on 2 Feb 2027. The renewal notice and conversation will be led from the customer success side well ahead of that date.
7. Opportunities
- Dashboards builder. Included in Growth. Teams that build their own dashboards tend to embed the brain more deeply, and this is a natural next step for merchant risk.
- More teams. If a further team at Brenneck Pay wants the same single view, the current licence has room before any change of tier or add-on is discussed.
- Add-ons. None are proposed now. Any request for more users or connectors would be handled as a separate conversation.
8. Actions
| # | Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Confirm response times for the two recent tickets against the Growth service level, in writing | Elena Novak | Next week |
| 2 | Agree a short written value statement with the Brenneck Pay sponsor | Elena Novak | Before the next quarterly review |
| 3 | Review which teams are using the brain and where seats are idle | Elena Novak | Before the next quarterly review |
| 4 | Keep commercial terms and renewal plan aligned with the account owner | Matteo Ricci | Ongoing |
9. Next steps
A written summary of this review will follow. The next quarterly review will be scheduled with Brenneck Pay in the usual way, and the renewal plan for 2 Feb 2027 will be raised well before the notice point.
Kind regards, Elena
