Scope
You are engaging BB-Demo on the Starter tier:
- Up to 15 users per team
- 4 connectors to your existing systems (CRM, helpdesk, email and call recordings)
- Pages, chat and search interfaces
- Six-monthly check-ins
- Data refresh each night on business days
- Availability of 99.5%
Implementation runs for 4 weeks, with your IT and customer-care teams working alongside ours to wire connectors, test the data model and train your users.
