Skovdal Software - Master Services Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between:
- BB-Demo Ltd, a company registered in England, with its principal place of business at London, UK ("BB-Demo")
- Skovdal Software, with principal place of business in Copenhagen, Denmark ("Customer")
2. Services
BB-Demo will provide the Company Brain – Starter subscription and Implementation services as detailed in the Order Form.
3. Term
Start Date: 1 Feb 2025 End Date: 31 Jan 2026 Duration: 12 months
4. Pricing and Payment

5. Service Levels

6. Implementation
The Implementation Service consists of:
- Up to 4 data connectors configured and live
- 4 weeks of setup and integration
- Training for your team
All connectors shall be live within 4 weeks of the Start Date.
7. Data Security and Compliance
BB-Demo will comply with all applicable data protection and security requirements. A separate Data Processing Agreement is attached.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared under this Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Each party's liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to direct damages, not to exceed the amounts paid or payable by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective for 12 months from the Start Date. Upon expiry, the Agreement automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before expiry.
