What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal dated 18 Mar 2026 for a twelve-month Enterprise renewal at an annual price of £113,500 for 160 licensed users. It states contracted annual recurring revenue today of £103,000 and was not yet cleared to go to the customer.
What it is: a BB-Demo internal draft by Tom Ashdown, marked "Status: Draft, for internal review before it goes to the customer". It proposes renewing Enterprise for twelve months from the day after the current term ends on 31 May 2026.
Commits: nothing yet, as it is unissued. It sets out "Annual price" of £113,500, "Twelve months, billed annually in advance" and "Licensed users" of 160, with Enterprise service levels, SSO and SCIM and the executive sponsor continuing as under the current order form.
Unusual: the draft says "First-term discounts do not carry over into a renewal term" and the renewal is to be a new order form under the existing MSA. It also puts £103,000 beside the new price as contracted recurring revenue today.
Not settled: the open points are final price wording with finance, whether extra users or connectors are discussed, and who receives and signs. The text does not show whether it was ever sent or executed, and no service-level figures are restated.

Lindqvarn Retail - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft, for internal review before it goes to the customer
| Prepared for | Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm |
| Prepared by | Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo |
| Customer success manager | Esther Quaye |
| Date | 18 Mar 2026 |
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Current term | 1 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2026 |
Context
Lindqvarn Retail joined BB-Demo on 1 Jun 2025 and bought the brain to bring customer service, e-commerce and store feedback together into one view of each customer segment. The Enterprise subscription runs inside Lindqvarn's own Snowflake account and the current term ends on 31 May 2026.
This paper sets out what we propose for the renewal term.
How the brain has been used
- Active use has grown clearly over the last quarter compared with the quarter before.
- Support demand has been light: only a couple of tickets in the last month and none of them high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
In short, this looks like a healthy account with more people each month asking the brain questions.
