What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Unsigned draft MSA dated 22 Apr 2025 for the Enterprise tier. It states availability of 99.9%, P1 first response of 0.5 hours (30 minutes), and a subscription of £99,000 a year after a 10% first-term discount. Not binding until both parties sign.
What it is: a version 2 draft master services agreement from BB-Demo to Lindqvarn Retail, marked "This draft is not binding until both parties have signed it." Tom Ashdown is named as the BB-Demo signatory; the signature and date fields are blank.
Commits: Enterprise subscription at £110,000 less 10%, giving £99,000 annual recurring, plus a £30,000 one-off implementation, for a total contract value of £129,000. Term runs 1 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2026, invoiced annually in advance, payable within 30 days.
Unusual: service credits cover "Availability and data freshness" at 10% of one month's fee per breach month, and the discount applies to the first term only.
Not settled: renewal terms and pricing are "to be agreed in writing before the initial term ends". Open points remain on connectors, data protection review and the start date. The evidence does not show whether an executed copy exists; if one does, it overrides this draft.
