Final proposal dated 21 Mar 2025 from Tom Ashdown for the Enterprise tier. Subscription is £99k, annual, billed in advance; total deal value is £129k for the first term including implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, to Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm, recommending the Enterprise tier for a company-wide deployment. Stored status is final, but the text is a proposal and states that an order form follows.

Commits: it states no availability percentage, P1 response time or refresh deadline in figures. It names Enterprise service levels with "service credits covering both availability and data freshness", and says payment is on the standard terms in the order form.

Price: "The annual price of the subscription is £99k." The £129k total is "not an annual price" and includes the one-off implementation fee, whose own amount is not itemised.

Not settled: whether Lindqvarn accepted. No signature, start date, connector delivery date or renewal date appears. Contracted terms sit in any executed order form, not here.

Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal

Prepared for: Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 21 Mar 2025 Status: Final

Context

Lindqvarn Retail is a homeware and furniture retailer with about sixty stores across the Nordics. Customer service, e-commerce and store feedback currently sit in separate systems, and each team builds its own picture of the customer. The aim of this proposal is to give Lindqvarn Retail one view of each customer segment, available to every team that needs it, without anyone reconciling reports by hand.

What BB-Demo proposes

BB-Demo provides the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your customer service, e-commerce and store feedback data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment, and your teams ask questions of it in plain language through pages, chat and search.

We propose the Enterprise tier, because Lindqvarn Retail is a company-wide deployment across many stores and teams. The Enterprise tier includes:

  • Single sign-on and user provisioning through SCIM
  • The Enterprise connector and user allowances
  • A named executive sponsor at BB-Demo
  • The dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews
  • The Enterprise service levels for availability and first response, with service credits covering both availability and data freshness

Scope of the engagement

PhaseWhat happens
ImplementationA fixed-fee Enterprise implementation, including security review support. We connect your customer service, e-commerce and store feedback sources and build the first views for each customer segment.
Go-liveYour teams start asking questions of the brain on their own data, with the nightly refresh complete before the working day begins.
OngoingAccount management by Esther Quaye, quarterly reviews and the Enterprise support arrangements.

Pricing

Company Brain, Enterprise subscriptionAnnual, billed in advance£99k
Enterprise implementationOne-off, fixed feeIncluded in the deal total below
Total deal valueSubscription plus implementation£129k

The annual price of the subscription is £99k. The deal total of £129k is the value of the whole agreement for the first term, including the one-off implementation fee, and is not an annual price. Payment is on the standard terms set out in the order form.

Security and data

Because the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, your data does not leave your environment. We will support your security review as part of the implementation and answer your questionnaire in full.

Next steps

  1. Review this proposal with your colleagues in customer service, e-commerce and IT.
  2. Share any security or procurement questions with Tom, who will answer them or find the right person at BB-Demo.
  3. Agree the scope and start date, after which we will issue the order form under the Master Services Agreement.

Tom is happy to walk your team through any part of this proposal at a time that suits you.
