What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final v1 renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, dated 26 Jan 2026, to continue Growth with 40 licensed users at £44,000 annual price, unchanged. The term ends 31 Mar 2026. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown for Brakkevoort Logistics, with Natalie Eze as customer success manager. It proposes Growth, 40 licensed users, annual price £44,000, deal type renewal.
Commits: it holds the price: "the renewal stays at the current annual price of £44,000". It also says "Service levels stay as they are today under your existing order form" and promises a renewal order form ahead of 31 Mar 2026.
Unusual: it states plainly that active users have dipped by about a quarter against 40 licences, and it frames the plan around usage rather than a price rise.
Not settled: the document does not show acceptance, signature or an executed renewal order form. It also does not state a new term length, and the order form is the source for service levels.

Brakkevoort Logistics - Renewal Proposal
Prepared for: Brakkevoort Logistics, Rotterdam Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Natalie Eze Date: 26 Jan 2026 Status: Final, version 1
Where we are
Brakkevoort Logistics joined BB-Demo on 1 Apr 2025 on the Growth tier. The brain was bought so that account managers can see shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together, without reconciling systems by hand. The current term ends on 31 Mar 2026, so this proposal sets out how we suggest continuing from the day after.
How the brain has been used
- Support demand has been light: one ticket in the last thirty days, none of them high priority.
- Invoices are paid on time, with nothing overdue.
- Active users have dipped. The average over the last thirty days is about a quarter lower than in the prior quarter, against 40 licensed users.
We would rather say this plainly than leave it out. A lower active count against 40 licences is the main thing we want to work on with you during the next term, and it shapes the plan below.

| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |

| Price change | None: the renewal stays at the current annual price of £44,000 |
The Growth tier continues to include the dashboards builder and regular business reviews with your customer success manager. Service levels stay as they are today under your existing order form.
Why we are holding the price
We would like the conversation to be about value, not about a rise. The annual price of £44,000 is the same as the contracted annual recurring revenue today. Our aim is for more of your account managers to be asking the brain questions each week, so that the 40 licences are clearly earning their place.
What we will do together
- Review who is using the brain today and which teams have not yet started, with your operations lead.
- Agree a short refresher session for account managers on exception tickets and call search.
- Check that every connected source is loading as expected, so nobody loses trust in the answers.
- Hold a business review before the term ends to look at the movement in usage.
Next steps
- Tom Ashdown will walk you through this proposal and answer any questions on terms.
- Natalie Eze will set up the usage review with your team.
- If you are content, we will issue the renewal order form ahead of 31 Mar 2026 so there is no gap in service.
No drama on timing: if you would like to talk it through first, let's get something in the diary.
Cheers, Tom
