What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final onboarding plan dated 1 Apr 2025 for getting the Growth tier live in the customer's Snowflake account, with 40 licensed users and £44,000 stated as annual recurring revenue. The subscription runs 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026. It is a plan, not a contract.
What it is: a five-phase plan prepared by Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant at BB-Demo, covering kickoff, connect and index, validate, train and launch, then handover. Its stated goal is to let account managers see shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together.
Commits: BB-Demo owns the connector configuration, validation and training. The customer owns access, naming an administrator and opening the brain to licensed users. The plan states no availability %, response times, refresh deadline, service credits or connector delivery dates.
Unusual: the customer is asked to "Nominate at least two administrators, so the account does not depend on one person." Natalie Eze owns "the renewal conversation ahead of 31 Mar 2026".
Not settled: the plan does not say which connectors were ordered, and it does not show whether the plan was delivered or whether the subscription was renewed. The £44,000 is the figure in this plan, not an invoice or an executed order form amount.

5. Customer responsibilities
- Make an IT contact available for access and source system questions.
- Tell BB-Demo ahead of any change to a connected system, such as a new CRM instance or a change of helpdesk, so connectors are not broken unexpectedly.
- Release account managers for training and the validation sessions.
- Nominate at least two administrators, so the account does not depend on one person.
6. Risks and how we will manage them
| Risk | Mitigation |
|---|---|
| Delay in granting access to source systems | Raise at kickoff and follow up weekly until resolved |
| Source data is incomplete or inconsistent | Reconcile record counts early and agree fixes with the customer |
| Low adoption after launch | Training sessions, named champions in the account team and an early usage review |
| Reliance on a single administrator | Name a second administrator during Phase 1 |
7. Governance
Laura Penhaligon will hold a short progress check-in with the customer's sponsor each week during the implementation. Tom Ashdown remains the contact for commercial questions. Natalie Eze takes over the relationship at handover and owns adoption, business reviews and the renewal conversation ahead of 31 Mar 2026.
