What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal dated 12 Feb 2025 recommending the Growth tier: £44,000 annual subscription, with a £56,000 total deal amount that includes one-off implementation. Not issued to the customer. No availability or P1 response time is stated.
What it is: an unissued draft proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, to Brakkevoort Logistics. The header reads "Draft: not yet issued to the customer".
Commits: nothing binding. It prices Growth at £44,000, "Annual, in advance", and states "The £56,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee".
Unusual: the £56,000 is a deal total, not a yearly figure. No discount, connector delivery date or service figures are written; service levels are only referred to as "the Growth availability and first-response service levels".
Not settled: the system list, start date and payment terms remain open, and "Tom to confirm the commercial figures in writing before this is issued". The evidence does not show whether a final proposal or order form followed.

Body
Brakkevoort Logistics - Proposal v1
Draft: not yet issued to the customer
Prepared for: Brakkevoort Logistics, Rotterdam Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Natalie Eze Date: 12 Feb 2025 Status: Draft, version 1
1. Where you are today
Brakkevoort Logistics runs port-linked warehousing and road freight from Rotterdam. Your account managers look after shipper accounts, but the picture of each shipper is spread across the CRM, the helpdesk and call recordings. When an exception comes up, someone has to go and piece it together.
You told us you want account managers to see the shipper account, the exception tickets and the calls in one place.
2. What we would put in place
BB-Demo provides the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your connected systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.
For Brakkevoort Logistics the first scope is:
Read the whole document (3,097 characters)
- Shipper accounts: CRM records joined to the people and history behind them.
- Exception tickets: helpdesk tickets searchable by shipper, with the related calls and emails alongside.
- Calls: recordings and summaries so an account manager can see what was agreed before the next conversation.
Your account managers would ask questions in plain language through chat and search, and your operations team could build its own dashboards.
3. Recommended tier
We suggest Growth, which suits several teams working from the same brain. It includes:
- pages, chat and search;
- the dashboards builder;
- the Growth allowance of users and connectors;
- quarterly business reviews with Natalie Eze;
- the Growth availability and first-response service levels.
4. Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual, in advance | £44,000 |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | Subscription plus one-off implementation | £56,000 |
The annual price is £44,000. The £56,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as a yearly figure.
5. How we would get you live
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Kick-off | Confirm scope, access to your Snowflake account | Tom Ashdown, Natalie Eze |
| Connect | Connect your CRM, helpdesk and call recorder | BB-Demo implementation team |
| Prove | Run real questions on your own data | Your account management leads |
| Go live | Roll out to account managers | Natalie Eze |
6. Open points in this draft
- Final list of systems to connect still to be agreed with your team.
- Start date to be confirmed once engineering has agreed the plan.
- Payment terms and invoicing contact to be confirmed.
- Tom to confirm the commercial figures in writing before this is issued.
7. Next steps
- Review this draft and tell us what to change.
- Tom updates it and issues a final proposal.
- Order form follows under the BB-Demo MSA once you are happy.
No drama if anything needs to move. Leave that with me.
Cheers, Tom
