What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final QBR deck dated 11 Nov 2025, prepared by Marcus Bell for a Growth tier customer whose term ends 31 Dec 2025. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £39,600 and 40 licensed users, and notes that no renewal terms are yet agreed.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, stating "Customer since 1 Jan 2025, on the Growth tier" and "Current term ends 31 Dec 2025". It is not a contract and sets no service levels.
Figures: it quotes "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £39,600" and "Licensed users: 40". That is the deck's own statement, not a check against the order form or invoices.
Risks: "we have not yet agreed what happens after it", and usage is "concentrated in a small group of regular users". The deck also says Marcus has no view yet on how the customer judges value against the annual figure.
Not settled: renewal terms and price are left to Tom Ashdown, listed as account owner, "Ahead of 31 Dec 2025". The deck is dated before that end date, so it does not show the outcome, and the evidence does not show whether Tom Ashdown is still active at BB-Demo.

Fairhallow Travel - QBR
Prepared by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: 11 Nov 2025 Account owner: Tom Ashdown Status: Final
Where we are
- Customer since 1 Jan 2025, on the Growth tier
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £39,600
- Licensed users: 40
- Current term ends 31 Dec 2025
This review covers the first and only term to date, what the brain has done for your teams, and what comes next as the term closes.
What you bought the brain for
Fairhallow Travel brought the brain in to see client bookings, service tickets and account reviews together, rather than reconciling them by hand across separate systems. The aim was simple: an account manager preparing for a client review should be able to ask one question and get one answer.
Usage
Read the whole document (2,904 characters)
- Active users over the last thirty days are up on the prior quarter. That is the direction we want to see, and it has held through the autumn.
- Usage is still well inside the licensed 40 users, so there is headroom for more of your account managers and service staff to join without any change to the plan.
- I've pulled the numbers by team, and the growth is coming from the people who prepare client reviews, not only from the original group.
Value
- Account review preparation now starts from the brain rather than from three separate exports.
- Booking and service ticket history sit next to each other, so service issues are visible before a client review rather than discovered in it.
- Questions asked of the brain have become a regular part of the weekly account routine.
Service and support
- No tickets were raised in the last thirty days.
- No high priority tickets were raised in the same period.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
- Nightly refresh has been completing as normal.
Risks and open points
- The contract end date of 31 Dec 2025 is close, and we have not yet agreed what happens after it.
- Usage is concentrated in a small group of regular users. Wider adoption would make the brain less dependent on a few people.
- I don't have a view yet on how your team judges the value against the annual figure, and I would like to hear it.
Plan for the rest of the term
| Action | Owner | Timing |

| Confirm outcome and any handover needs | Marcus Bell | By the end of the term |
Next step
Happy to jump on a call to go through this deck. Shall we book half an hour in the next week or so? I would like to leave you with a clear picture of what the brain has delivered, whatever you decide for the new year.
Thanks, Marcus
