Executed Data Processing Agreement dated 13 Dec 2024 between BB-Demo Limited (processor) and Quaystead Marine Services (controller) for the Company Brain Starter service. It runs from 1 Jan 2025 until the Service Agreement ends. It states no price, availability or response times.

What it is: a DPA under which BB-Demo processes personal data from the controller's CRM, call recordings, email and ticketing system. Section 6 says it "begins on 1 January 2025 and ends when the Service Agreement ends or is terminated".

Commits: BB-Demo retains data "only for the duration of this DPA and the Service Agreement" and does not use data for any other purpose. It will notify the controller of any sub-processor changes.

Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The only sub-processor is Snowflake Inc., located within the customer's own Snowflake account, and the Standard Contractual Clauses are incorporated where required.

Not settled: the document states no price, service levels, renewal date or notice period. The customer signs only as "Authorised Signatory", so the signer's name and role are not shown. The Master Services Agreement it refers to is not in this document.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
