What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A final QBR deck dated 28 Jun 2026 for a Growth tier customer. It reports adoption up from a small base (about eight active users against 40 licensed) and light support load. It states no availability or P1 response figures and sets no new commitments.
What it is: a customer success review prepared by Elena Novak, not a contract. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £50,000 and a contract end of 1 Feb 2027, but these are the deck's own statements.
Commits: nothing new. It restates that the nightly refresh "is expected to complete by 07:00 Chicago time on business days" and lists five actions owned by Elena.
Unusual: usage covers active users only, and the deck says questions asked, records indexed and connectors "are not reported here". It also admits there is no customer-worded value example yet.
Not settled: the outcome of the high priority ticket against the Growth first-response level. Renewal terms are left to the executed order form, which this deck does not reproduce.
Stale: the figures are as at 28 Jun 2026 and the actions have no dates.

Wexmoor Property Group - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier
Prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Account owner: Jordan Pike Review date: 28 Jun 2026 Status: Final, version 1
1. Agenda
To confirm, this review covers five items, as agreed for the quarterly review under the Growth tier:
- Where Wexmoor stands with BB-Demo today
- Usage and adoption
- Value delivered for operations
- Support and service health
- Plan for the coming quarter and the road to renewal
2. Account at a glance
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Organisation | Wexmoor Property Group, Chicago |
| Industry | Commercial property management, office and light-industrial portfolios across the Midwest |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 2 February 2026 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £50,000 |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Contract end | 1 Feb 2027 |
| Invoices | No overdue invoices |
Wexmoor bought the brain so that operations can see tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts in one place. This review checks how far that has been achieved.
3. Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (5,484 characters)
Headline: adoption is growing quickly from a small base.
- Active users over the last thirty days average just over eight, against 40 licensed users.
- Active users are up strongly on the prior quarter. This is the most encouraging movement on the account.
- A large share of the licence is still unused. That is headroom for the next teams, not a problem to fix.
What this means
- The first group of users has clearly found the brain useful enough to return to it.
- The growth is still concentrated in a small group, so the next step is to widen it across the operations teams rather than deepen it further in one place.
- I will make sure that the next review shows who is asking questions, so that we can see whether a few people carry most of the use.
What this deck does not show
The usage figures held for this review cover active users only. Questions asked, records indexed and connector counts are not reported here, and I will not estimate them. They will be added to the next review as agreed.
4. Value delivered
The reason Wexmoor bought the brain was to stop operations reconciling systems by hand. The evidence we can point to today is:
- Active use has risen sharply since the prior quarter, which shows that teams are choosing to ask the brain.
- Tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts sit in one searchable layer inside Wexmoor's own Snowflake account.
- There are no overdue invoices, which is consistent with a customer that sees the subscription as part of normal operations.
Open point for the next review
We do not yet have a concrete example, in Wexmoor's own words, of a decision or a saved task that came from the brain. To confirm, I will ask the operations lead for two or three such examples so that the value case for renewal rests on Wexmoor's experience and not on our assumptions.
5. Support and service health
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | Two |
| High priority tickets | One |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- Ticket volume is low for a user base that has grown this quickly, which reads as healthy.
- One of the two tickets was high priority. It should be reviewed against the Growth service level for first response, and I will make sure that the outcome is reported at the next review.
- The nightly refresh is expected to complete by 07:00 Chicago time on business days, as for every tier. No freshness complaint has been recorded in this period.
6. Growth tier entitlements in use
Under the Growth tier, Wexmoor is entitled to:
- Several teams on one brain, within the Growth user and connector allowances
- The dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews, of which this is one
The dashboards builder is the entitlement most worth exploring next. Dashboards built are a good sign of a customer investing in its own use of the brain.
7. Plan for the coming quarter
| # | Action | Owner at BB-Demo | Wexmoor contact |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Identify the next operations teams to onboard onto the brain | Elena Novak | Operations lead |
| 2 | Run a short walkthrough of the dashboards builder | Elena Novak | Operations lead |
| 3 | Collect examples of value delivered, in Wexmoor's words | Elena Novak | Operations lead |
| 4 | Review the high priority ticket and report its outcome | Elena Novak | Operations lead |
| 5 | Add questions asked, records indexed and connectors to the next review | Elena Novak | Not applicable |
Actions are written down so that nothing depends on memory. I will send a written summary after each conversation.
8. Road to renewal
- The contract runs to 1 Feb 2027.
- Renewal terms are set by the executed order form, and I will confirm them against that document before any conversation about price.
- The renewal conversation will be led by Customer Success, with Jordan Pike responsible for commercial terms.
- The aim is to arrive at renewal with a clear picture of widened use across the operations teams and examples of value that Wexmoor itself has described.
9. Summary
- Adoption is up strongly, from a small base, with plenty of licence headroom.
- Support load is light and payments are up to date.
- The priorities are widening use, building the value case and preparing for renewal in good time.
Kind regards, Elena
