Version one onboarding plan for a Growth-tier customer, prepared by Hamza Akhtar on 3 Feb 2026. It sets four phases, owners and milestones, and states the contract summary as £50,000 contracted annual recurring revenue, 40 licensed users, contract end 1 Feb 2027.

What it is: an onboarding plan that sets out how BB-Demo brings Wexmoor live on the brain inside its own Snowflake account. It runs in four phases: kick-off and access, connect sources, prove it on real questions, roll out and hand over.

Commits: it states that "This plan does not change any commercial term" and that the executed order form is the reference. BB-Demo stays inside the Growth connector allowance, and any extra source goes to Jordan Pike as a commercial conversation.

Unusual: no service levels, connector delivery dates or billing terms are stated. The only figures are the contract summary table, which restates the order form and is not itself the contract.

Not settled: the Wexmoor sponsor, operations lead and IT contact are unnamed, and the sign-off table has no named customer signatory. The plan has no dates for the phases, and the evidence does not show whether they were met.

Wexmoor Property Group - Onboarding Plan

Version: 1 (Final) Prepared: Tuesday 3 February 2026 Prepared by: Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Account owner: Jordan Pike Customer Success Manager: Elena Novak

1. Purpose

This plan sets out how BB-Demo will bring Wexmoor Property Group live on the company brain, built and run inside Wexmoor's own Snowflake account. It covers the phases, the owners, the milestones and the way we will judge that the onboarding has worked.

Wexmoor manages office and light-industrial portfolios across the Midwest. The reason for buying the brain is simple: operations teams should see tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts in one place, instead of reconciling them by hand across separate systems.

2. Contract summary

The executed order form is the reference for price and terms. This plan does not change any commercial term.

3. Goals

  1. Connect the sources that matter most to property operations: the helpdesk holding tenant tickets, the call recorder holding lease-renewal calls, and the place where service contracts are stored.
  2. Give the operations team a working brain on their own data within the Growth implementation window.
  3. Move from a single active user today to a regular group of users across the teams that handle tenants and contracts.
  4. Agree early what "value" looks like, so the first quarterly review has something concrete to measure.

4. Where we are today

The account is in its first days. Usage so far is one active user, which is what we would expect before connectors are loaded and invitations go out. There are no open tickets and no overdue invoices. Nothing here is a concern; it is simply the starting line.

5. Phases and milestones

Phase one: Kick-off and access

We will stay inside the Growth connector allowance. If Wexmoor wants a source beyond it, we will raise that with Jordan Pike as a commercial conversation, not fold it in quietly.

Phase three: Prove it on real questions

7. What we need from Wexmoor

  • A named sponsor and a named operations lead before the kick-off call.
  • Timely access to the source systems and to the Snowflake account.
  • A short list of the questions the business most wants answered.
  • Prompt notice if any source system is changed or replaced during onboarding, because a changed source is the most common reason a connector stops loading.

8. Risks and how we will handle them

RiskWhat we will do
Access to source systems is slowRaise it at the first check-in and agree an owner on the Wexmoor side
Only one person uses the brainInvite the wider team early and name champions in each function
Data in a source is messyLog it, show the team what the brain can and cannot say, and fix at source where possible
The sponsor is not engagedElena Novak and Jordan Pike will keep the sponsor informed of progress and value

9. How we will know it is working

  • All agreed sources are connected and refreshing each night.
  • The operations team is asking questions weekly, from more than one person.
  • At least one dashboard is in regular use.
  • The sponsor can say in a sentence what the brain has saved the team.

These measures will be reviewed at the first quarterly business review.

10. Communication

Hamza Akhtar will send a short written update after each phase. Elena Novak will take over day-to-day contact at handover. Questions about scope or price go to Jordan Pike.

11. Sign-off

This plan is final at version one and was issued on Tuesday 3 February 2026.
