What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo of Starter to Signe Mortensen on 14 Jul 2025. She was impressed and wants Jesper from finance on the proposal call. Lewis Kerr quoted £26k for the first year.
What happened: Lewis Kerr and Hannah Lowe demoed the brain to Signe Mortensen, Head of Customer Service, on 14 Jul 2025, built on her CRM, ticket and call data.
Customer view: Signe said it solves the problem of jumping between systems and that 15 users is plenty. She added she was impressed and expects to have more questions.
Commercial: Lewis quoted Starter at £26k for the first year, being £6,000 implementation and £20k subscription. Signe asked about adding a connector or users mid-year, and Lewis said extras can be added without waiting for a renewal.
Watch: Four connectors is the hard limit and the planned four already use it. Jesper in finance has not yet seen the demo.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Lewis Kerr to set up a proposal call with Signe Mortensen and Jesper from finance.
- Hannah Lowe to prepare the finance-side view for Jesper, such as monthly revenue by channel.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Finance has not yet seen the demo, so price scrutiny may come at the proposal stage.
- The evidence does not show the proposal call was held or an order signed.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The four planned connectors fill the Starter limit, so an additional 5 connectors add-on or a Growth move is a likely follow-on.

- Lewis KerrHi Signe, good morning. And Hannah from our team, she's the solutions engineer who built the demo on your data.
- Hannah LoweHi Signe. Lewis sent over those records you gave him, and I've built out the brain using your CRM data, some of your support tickets, and your call recordings. So what you're about to see is what it would look like once it's live.
- Signe MortensenGreat. So I'm looking at this in my browser?
- Hannah LoweYeah, it's web-based. So you log in, and you've got a few options: you can search with natural language, you can browse dashboards if your team's built any, or you can just ask it a question. So let me show you. I'm going to ask: show me all customers with open support tickets and their last interaction.
- Signe MortensenAnd it's pulling that from both the ticketing system and the CRM?
- Hannah LoweRight. Two systems, one query. That's the whole idea. Normally you'd open your ticketing tool, see there's an open ticket, then flip to CRM to check when you last spoke to that customer, maybe listen to a call recording. Here it's one screen.
- Lewis KerrAnd for Jesper on the finance side, we built something like this: monthly revenue by channel. He can see direct sales, distributor, foodservice all separately, and then he can drill into any of them.
- Hannah LoweThat's pulling from your CRM and your accounting system. So it's always up to date, he's not manually collating anymore.
- Signe MortensenOK, so in terms of what we discussed before, it's solving the problem. I'm not jumping between five systems, I'm just asking questions.
- Hannah LoweExactly. And if you want to build your own dashboards, it's pretty intuitive. Like, I could spend an hour with your team and they'd be comfortable building something new.
- Lewis KerrAnd the Starter tier, which is what makes sense for you, includes up to four connectors. So you could have CRM, ticketing, calls, and maybe product usage. And 15 users, so pretty much your whole customer service team.
- Signe Mortensen15 users is plenty for us.
- Hannah LoweSo the data refreshes every night. By seven in the morning, everything from the day before is in the brain. So you're never more than a day out of sync.
- Signe MortensenAnd if we decide mid-year we want to add another connector, or more users?
- Lewis KerrWe can add it. There's a price for extra users and extra connectors, but it's not a big deal. You wouldn't have to wait for a renewal.
- Signe MortensenAnd who actually runs this day-to-day? Like, is there admin work for us?
- Hannah LoweMinimal. You'd have an admin or two who manage user access, who can log in, who can see what. But once it's set up, it runs itself. The brain pulls data every night, so there's no manual work.
- Signe MortensenAnd support, what's included?
- Lewis KerrWith Starter, you get a support team. Response time is four business hours on urgent stuff, next business day on everything else. And we do a check-in every six months just to make sure you're getting what you need.
- Hannah LoweThe data itself, your data, sits in your Snowflake. We never have a copy. The brain is the code running in your account, and you control access.
- Signe MortensenOK, that's good. And the implementation, Lewis mentioned four weeks?
- Hannah LoweFor Starter, it's four weeks. First two weeks, we set up the connectors and test them. Second two weeks, we work through use cases with your team, build some dashboards, answer questions.
- Signe MortensenAnd we're not talking full-time work from our end, right?
- Hannah LoweA few hours a week early on. Someone to help with credentials, testing. But it's not intensive.
- Lewis KerrAnd the cost, Starter is 25,500 for the first year all-in. That's 6,000 for the implementation and 19,500 for the annual subscription. After that, it's just the subscription unless you expand.
- Signe MortensenAnd we'd invoice when?
- Lewis KerrUpfront, at the start of the term. Payment terms are 30 days.
- Signe MortensenI'm impressed, honestly. This is much more straightforward than I expected.
- Hannah LoweI'm glad. Do you have questions?
- Signe MortensenI'll probably have some once I process all of this. But I'll want to bring Jesper into the next conversation so he can see the finance side of the demo and ask his own questions.
- Lewis KerrThat makes sense. Let me check dates and we'll set up a proper proposal call with both of you. Sound good?
- Signe MortensenYep, thanks Lewis. And thanks Hannah.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Signe. Great to walk through this with you.
- Lewis KerrTalk soon.
