Transcript
- Sophie LingHi Alyssa, Marc, thanks for joining. We wanted to walk through the proposal and answer any questions.
- Marc FeldsteinYeah, thanks for sending it over. So the subscription is forty-four thousand a year?
- Sophie LingYes, that's the annual fee for Growth. Plus twelve thousand for implementation, eight weeks to get you live.
- Marc FeldsteinAnd that's invoiced upfront?
- Sophie LingThe subscription is annually in advance, yes. We can do quarterly payment terms if that works better for your process.
- Alyssa RomanoWhat happens if we cancel after year one?
- Sophie LingThirty-day notice and no penalty. You're not locked in beyond the contract term.
- Marc FeldsteinAnd the implementation, that's fixed? Won't change?
- Sophie LingFixed fee, twelve thousand. Eight weeks includes everything: connectors, security review, training. If you add connectors after launch that weren't in scope, that's separate, but for the ones we discussed in discovery, it's all in.
- Marc FeldsteinOkay. And what's the commitment if something goes wrong?
- Sophie LingYou're on Growth, so we commit to ninety-nine point five percent availability. We respond to urgent issues within one business hour, and we refresh your data every morning by seven. Service credits apply if we miss those SLAs.
- Alyssa RomanoAnd we had forty users included?
- Sophie LingYes, forty users on Growth. If you go over, we can add more in blocks of ten. You've got headroom to start.
- Marc FeldsteinIs there a way to test this before committing? A pilot or something?
- Sophie LingThe discovery and demo we did are essentially that, you've seen the brain on your data. We can schedule another exploratory session if you want, but once you sign the order form, we commit to the eight-week implementation starting mid-January.
- Marc FeldsteinRight. And if we need to scale this up later?
- Sophie LingAt your first renewal you can move to Enterprise if you need more users, more connectors, dedicated support. We'll review usage during a quarterly QBR and you can decide then.
- Alyssa RomanoI think this is good. Marc, does this work for you?
- Marc FeldsteinYeah, I think so. Let me just check one thing with our legal team on the MSA terms, but I don't think there'll be issues. We'll come back to you early next week.
- Sophie LingPerfect. I'll send over the order form and the MSA by tomorrow. Just send them back when you're ready and we'll kick off implementation planning.
- Marc FeldsteinSounds good.
- Sophie LingCheers, both of you.
