Watch: The offer was tied to signing within a short window. Camilla promised to come back early the following week, so the outcome is not shown.

Hi Camilla, how are you? Thanks for taking the call.

    Camilla Dewsbury
    Hi Priya, all good thanks.
  3. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Great. Hopefully you've had a chance to look at the proposal? Just want to walk through it and see if you've got any questions.
  4. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
Yeah, I've read through it. Most of it's clear. Can you run me through the implementation timeline again?
  5. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Sure. Four weeks fixed. Week one is kickoff, we get access, understand your data structure. Weeks two and three we build and test the connectors: property system, accounting system, whatever you want. Week four we go live. We've done this many times, so as long as you've got someone to answer questions, we'll be good.
  6. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
Who would that be from us?
  7. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Whoever knows your systems best. Could be you, could be someone from ops. We'll sort that once you're ready to sign.
  8. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
OK. And post-go-live support, what does that look like?
  9. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
With Starter you get a check-in at six months. We make sure the data's working, you got what you needed from implementation. If there are issues we handle them. You've got 99.5% availability and support during business hours.
  10. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
Right. And the pricing, nineteen-five for sub, six for implementation. Any room on those?
  11. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Implementation is fixed. But on the subscription, if we can get this over the line soon, I can offer some flexibility on year one to help you get approval. Would need to sign within the next month or so.
  12. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
    What kind of flexibility?
  13. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Could definitely come down a bit on the annual number for year one if it helps you get sign-off. But I'd want to make this happen soon to keep momentum.
  14. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
OK. Let me chat with the team and I'll come back to you early next week.
  15. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Perfect. If you want that adjustment, we'd need to get something signed within the next couple of weeks. Either way, let me know where you're at.
  16. Camilla Dewsbury
    Camilla Dewsbury
Will do. I'll get back to you early next week.
