What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Heidi Krueger of Sandusky Bay Mutual Insurance saw the demo on 2026-09-10 and said she was pretty convinced. Jordan Pike will send a proposal with a 155000 investment, then an order form if it looks good.
What happened: Hannah Lowe ran a demo simulating an agent lookup across CRM, call transcripts and email, plus a natural language chat query. Heidi asked about freshness, follow-up questions, dashboards, new connectors and security.
Customer view: Heidi accepted the nightly refresh, done by seven a.m. local time on business days, with the words "Okay, that works for us." She then said she was pretty convinced and asked what comes next.
Commercial: This is an Enterprise opportunity. Jordan quoted a 155000 investment in the proposal, and a 12 week implementation starting in early November if the order form is signed within a couple of weeks. The proposal is an open item, not signed paper.
Watch: Heidi asked whether anyone can build dashboards and how to add a new data source. The evidence does not show a signatory, a budget holder or any security review sign-off.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHey Heidi, thanks for joining again. Hannah's our Solutions Engineer, and we've built a demo that looks a lot like what you'd have. She's going to walk you through it.
- Hannah LoweHi Heidi. Before I start, any questions you want me to make sure I cover?
- Heidi KruegerJust want to see how it searches across the data, and what it looks like when an agent calls with a specific question.
- Hannah LowePerfect. So what I'm going to do is simulate an agent call. Agent asks about a specific customer: what policies do they have, what claims have they filed, any recent calls or notes. Normally you're hunting. With the brain, you ask it once.
- Hannah LoweOkay, so here's the search interface. I'm typing the customer name, and I'm asking for policies, claims, and recent interactions. The short answer is look at the results: everything from your CRM, call transcripts, and email, all in one place. The longer answer is the connectors are syncing nightly, so this is fresh data.
- Heidi KruegerThat's impressive. How fresh do you mean, like same-day?
- Hannah LoweNightly. Each night we pull the latest from your systems and load it. So you start your day with the previous night's data fresh. To be precise, the refresh completes by seven a.m. your local time on business days.
- Heidi KruegerEvery night?
- Hannah LoweEvery business night, yes. So if something changes during the day, it's in the system by the next morning.
- Heidi KruegerOkay, that works for us.
- Hannah LoweNow, what if an agent asks you something less structured? Like, any policies expiring in the next two weeks for customers in Wisconsin? You can search for that too, or you can chat with the brain in natural language.
- Hannah LoweWatch this. I'm typing: Show me all expiring policies for Wisconsin customers in the next 14 days. And, here are the results. Ordered by expiration date.
- Heidi KruegerDoes it handle follow-up questions?
- Hannah LoweYes. It's a conversation. You stay in context. I'll put a comprehensive guide in writing, but the idea is you don't start from scratch each time.
- Heidi KruegerWhat about dashboards? Can we build reports?
- Hannah LoweYes. Enterprise includes a dashboards builder, no coding. You drag and drop metrics, set filters. So your management team could have a dashboard showing policies by status, claims by type, agent activity, whatever you care about.
- Heidi KruegerCan anyone build them?
- Hannah LoweEnterprise supports a significant number of users. They can all see dashboards. Some can be read-only; some can be built by power users. You set permissions.
- Heidi KruegerWhat happens if I need to add a new system, like a different data source?
- Hannah LoweYou talk to your CSM and to us. Enterprise comes with a number of connectors. If you need more, we can add them. New connector probably takes a couple of weeks to build and test.
- Heidi KruegerAre there security certifications or anything?
- Hannah LoweYes. We go through a security review with every Enterprise customer, that's part of the implementation. We'll answer every compliance question you have. Everything runs in your Snowflake account, so you own the data.
- Jordan PikeAnd you get a dedicated support engineer. Someone you can call with technical questions. Plus quarterly business reviews where we look at usage and value together.
- Heidi KruegerWhen would implementation start?
- Jordan PikeIf you sign the order form in the next couple of weeks, we'd kick off in early November. Twelve weeks means you'd be live mid-February.
- Heidi KruegerOkay. I'm pretty convinced. What's next?
- Jordan PikeI'll send you a proposal. It'll spell out the scope, timeline, the connectors we're plugging in, and the 155000 investment. You review it, let me know if you have questions, and if it looks good, we move to the order form.
- Heidi KruegerSounds good. Thanks both.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Heidi. Happy to answer follow-ups.
- Jordan PikeTalk soon.
