What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Sophie Ling walked Clifford Rastrick and Charlotte Haigh through a Growth proposal at 62000 for year one. Clifford asked for the order form to be sent so it could be signed. No signature is shown in the call.
What happened: Sophie presented Growth scope across customer service and contracts, eight weeks to go live, at 62000 for the first year covering implementation, connectors, training and twelve months of subscription.
Customer view: Clifford asked what was included, what follows year one, and how to exit. He then said he was ready to move forward and asked for the order form.
Commercial: Sophie's answers on connectors, users and post-year-one cost were left open: no connector or user numbers were stated and no renewal price was given. The 62000 is the proposal figure, not an executed price.
Watch: The evidence does not show the order form being signed. Sophie suggested signing within a couple of weeks for an early October kickoff, and that date has now passed.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Sophie Ling to confirm the order form was sent and chase signature from Clifford Rastrick.
- Confirm the included Growth connector and user numbers in the order form.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The order form is not shown as signed, and the early October kickoff Sophie proposed may have slipped.
- Answers on connector and user limits were vague, which could cause disputes over scope later.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A signed Growth order form would add a new customer with an eight-week implementation.
- Additional connectors and users were raised and could become add-on sales.
Transcript
- Sophie Ling NoneClifford, Charlotte, thanks for getting on together. Thought it was worth going through the proposal with both of you before you make a decision.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneYeah, makes sense. Let's hear it.
- Sophie Ling NoneSo the scope is Growth tier. That gives you the brain across your customer service and contracts operations: your CRM, email, helpdesk, whatever systems are in play. Eight weeks to get it live. And the investment is 62000 for the first year, all-in: that's the implementation, the connectors, training, and twelve months of annual subscription.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneOkay. What's included in that 62000?
- Sophie Ling NoneImplementation fee, which covers the design and setup of the connectors: so we're plugging in your CRM, email, and helpdesk, loading the data, testing it, training your team on how to use it, and then supporting you through go-live. Then you get twelve months of the platform subscription: that's the search, the chat, dashboards, support, and nightly refreshes.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneIs there an annual cost after the first year?
- Sophie Ling NoneYes. After year one, the subscription renews annually. The first year is all-in at 62000; after that, the subscription would be separate. We'd discuss renewal terms a few months out, but there's no surprise, it's a transparent conversation.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneWhat if we need to add more connectors down the line? Like, if we want to pull in data from another system?
- Sophie Ling NoneGood question. Growth comes with a number of connectors included. If you need more than that, we can add them. There are add-on options for additional connectors, and we'd scope and price those when the need comes up.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneAnd how many users can log in and use this thing?
- Sophie Ling NoneGrowth tier supports a substantial number of users. So everyone in customer service, contracts, and key accounts: they all get access to the brain, they can search, chat, build dashboards, whatever.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneAre there any ongoing costs beyond the annual subscription?
- Sophie Ling NoneNo ongoing costs. The subscription includes support, nightly data refreshes, and access to the platform. If you add connectors or users later, we'd charge for those separately, but the core thing is just the annual fee.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneWhat's the support like?
- Sophie Ling NoneYou get a CSM, that's a Customer Success Manager, who's your main point of contact. For critical issues, we respond within a business hour. And you get quarterly business reviews where we look at usage, value, and what might come next.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneQuarterly reviews, is that optional or do we have to do it?
- Sophie Ling NoneIt's included with Growth. They're usually an hour, and we work with you on timing. But yes, it's part of what you get.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneOkay. And if this doesn't work out, what happens?
- Sophie Ling NoneThe contract is annual. We'd want to make sure you're getting value, so if something's not right, we fix it. But if you wanted to move on, you'd give ninety days' notice for the following year. The initial subscription is firm for the first twelve months.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneFair enough. When would you want to get started?
- Sophie Ling NoneI'd suggest signing off the order form in the next couple of weeks so we can kick off properly in early October. That gives us eight weeks to delivery.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneDo we need to do a security review or anything like that?
- Sophie Ling NoneGrowth doesn't require a formal security review, that's more for Enterprise. But if you've got specific security questions, we're happy to answer them. All your data stays in your Snowflake account; we don't host or store anything.
- Clifford Rastrick NoneAll right. I think we're ready to move forward. Send me the order form and we'll get it signed.
- Sophie Ling NoneBrilliant. I'll get that over to you today. Once you sign, we'll schedule a kickoff meeting and get going.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneThanks, Sophie.
- Sophie Ling NoneCheers, you two. Speak soon.
