Week seven checkpoint before go-live. Callie Brennan walked Daisy Howes through admin setup and support. The first nightly refresh is set to run, and adoption work passes to Daniel.

What happened: Callie took Daisy through the admin dashboard, user permissions, connector health and the Growth support portal. She confirmed the first refresh would run the next night, with data live by 07:00 on Friday.

Customer view: Daisy said she was a bit nervous about go-live but felt ready, and asked for help drafting a note to Felicity and the team.

Commercial: The support route named is Growth, with a one business hour response for priority issues. Callie's role moves to support, and Daniel will start the adoption conversation the following week.

Watch: Daisy is the instance admin, so adoption depends heavily on one person. Felicity Gurney was not on this call.

  • Callie Brennan to email Daisy the handover guide and a draft launch note for the team that evening.
  • Daniel to contact Daisy the following week to start the adoption conversation.

Risks

  • Daisy Howes is the sole admin named on the call, so adoption and support depend on one person.
  • Daisy was nervous about go-live and the team's first experience of the brain depends on the launch note.

Opportunities

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • The adoption conversation with Daniel is a chance to drive early question volume and build the case for value.

Right, final checkpoint before we flip the switch. We're in week seven. How's everything feeling on your end, Daisy?
  2. Daisy Howes
    Daisy Howes
Good. A bit nervous about the go-live, but I think we're ready.
  3. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
That's totally normal. I'm going to walk you through the admin setup so you're comfortable from day one. We'll cover user management, how to reset passwords, how to add new people to the brain. Sound okay?
  4. Daisy Howes
    Daisy Howes
    Yeah, that's helpful.
  5. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Right. So you're the instance admin. You log in here and this is your dashboard. You can see active users in the last 30 days. You can add or remove people from the instance, manage their permissions: viewer, editor, that sort of thing. You can also see connector health. If a connector goes down, it'll flag here.

And I reach out to support if something's broken?
  7. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Yes. Email support with your Growth support portal. Priority issues get a response within one business hour. Link to your support portal goes in my handover guide. I'll send that today.
  8. Daisy Howes

Great. Do I need to do anything to turn on the nightly refresh?
  9. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
No, that's all set on our end. Tomorrow night at 20:00 UK time, the first refresh runs. By 07:00 Friday morning, all your data, Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft 365, Xero, will be indexed and live in the brain. Your team can start querying at 07:00.
  10. Daisy Howes
    Daisy Howes
Excellent. Do I need to communicate anything to Felicity or the team?
  11. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
I'd suggest send them a quick note...'The brain goes live Friday morning, here's how to log in, here are some starter queries.' I can help you draft that if it's useful?
  12. Daisy Howes
    Daisy Howes
    That'd be great actually.
  13. Callie Brennan

I'll put something together and email it tonight. Last thing, your account settings. You'll get a welcome email from our system with your login details. The password reset link is there. Change that password first thing, never share it. And two-factor is optional on Growth but I recommend it.
  14. Daisy Howes
    Daisy Howes
Will do. I think I'm ready.
  15. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Brilliant. One more thing, Daniel will reach out next week to start talking adoption and answer questions from your team. My role transitions to support at this point, but if there's anything technical, you know where to find me. You're going to do great.
  16. Daisy Howes

Thanks, Callie. Really appreciate the support throughout this.

    Thanks, Daisy. Cheers.
