What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Week two of the eight-week plan. Salesforce and Gong are connected and tested, Microsoft 365 is in progress, and Xero waits on credentials from Daisy Howes. No issues raised by the customer.
What happened: Callie Brennan reported Salesforce and Gong live and clean, Microsoft 365 in progress and Xero due once Daisy Howes sends access through the portal.
Customer view: Felicity Gurney asked about field mapping and data volume and accepted the answers. Daisy asked whether the mapping can be changed later and was told a change in Salesforce or Xero needs a support ticket, usually a day or two.
Commercial: Callie said there is plenty of headroom for connectors and users. No price, rival or renewal comment was made.
Watch: Xero is the open dependency on the customer side. A test refresh report is to be reviewed by the customer before the refresh schedule is switched on.

Transcript
- Callie BrennanRight, this is our progress check. We're in week two of the eight-week plan. I've got Salesforce and Gong connected and tested. Microsoft 365 is in progress. Where are you on Xero access, Daisy?
- Daisy HowesI've got that sorted. I'll send it through the portal today.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. Once I have it, I can get Xero configured by end of week. So the Salesforce connector is clean: we're pulling leads, accounts, opportunities. No data issues. Gong is pulling calls and transcripts. The Gong connector was a bit tricky because of your network, but IT came through and we're live.
- Felicity GurneyGood. What about field mapping, is that live?
- Callie BrennanThat maps cleanly with your Salesforce setup. I've matched the lead and account objects to the brain's standard schema. So your client names, the opportunity values, the stages, all coming through correctly. Once Xero is in, I'll map cost of services and add that to the brain's financial view.
- Daisy HowesAnd we can modify that mapping later if needed?
- Callie BrennanYes. After go-live, you won't need to touch it, but if you change a field in Salesforce or Xero, say you rename a stage, you'll need to ping us and we'll update the connector. That's a support ticket, takes a day or two usually.
- Felicity GurneyFine. What's the data volume looking like?
- Callie BrennanSalesforce has several thousand records indexed, leads and accounts. Gong is pulling hundreds of calls. Microsoft 365 we'll quantify once it's live. All of that goes into the brain's index. You've got plenty of headroom for connectors and users.
- Daisy HowesGood. When will the first refresh happen?
- Callie BrennanOnce Xero is in, probably early next week. We'll run a test refresh: that pulls everything, indexes it, and returns a summary. I'll send you a report showing what's indexed and what's ready. Before we switch on the refresh schedule, you review that and flag anything that looks off.
- Felicity GurneySounds good. Any issues we should know about?
- Callie BrennanNot so far. You're on a solid path. I'll follow up with Daisy on the Xero credentials and we'll keep marching. Next checkpoint call in a week.
- Daisy HowesPerfect. Thanks, Callie.
