As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Onboarding check-in for Stainmore Haulage. Snowflake access is still outstanding after two chases of IT. Callie Brennan needs it by Friday to keep the end-of-next-week go-live.
What happened: Aaron Graham has not yet received Snowflake access. He said "IT's been a bit slow coming back. I've chased them twice but haven't got a response."
Customer view: Aaron has the Xero and Outlook credentials ready and Roadway is auto-sending. Shirley Bowman agreed to ring Dave that afternoon.
Commercial: The user list is in, six names plus Aaron and Shirley. Nothing in the call touches price or renewal.
Watch: Callie said that without Snowflake the data cannot be refreshed. If access arrives Friday, a full refresh is possible on Monday and go-live holds.

Transcript
- Callie BrennanHi all, just wanted to check in on where we are. Aaron, did you get the Snowflake access sorted?
- Aaron GrahamNot yet, to be honest. IT's been a bit slow coming back. I've chased them twice but haven't got a response.
- Callie BrennanOkay, that's a bit tight because we're coming up on three weeks now. Shirley, can you give them a push? Dave, isn't it?
- Shirley BowmanYeah, Dave. I can give him a ring, he might respond faster to that. What's the message, just read-only access?
- Callie BrennanYeah, read-only, no write permissions. We're pulling specific tables only. It's not a risk. But we do need it to go live on schedule. Without Snowflake, we can't refresh the data.
- Shirley BowmanI'll ring him this afternoon. Anything else I should tell him?
- Callie BrennanJust that we're on a deadline and we need it by end of the week ideally. If there's a problem, tell him to email me directly.
- Shirley BowmanWill do.
- Aaron GrahamSorry about that, Callie. I've been chasing but it's been slow.
- Callie BrennanNo drama, these things happen. But realistically we're in the window where it needs to happen. Once I get Snowflake access, how long until we can do the test refresh?
- Aaron GrahamI've got Xero and Outlook credentials ready, Roadway's auto-sending. So once I plug in Snowflake, it should work.
- Callie BrennanAlright. If I get Snowflake Friday, we can test over the weekend and get a full refresh Monday. That still gets us to go-live by end of next week. But let's be clear, we need Snowflake by Friday. After that, we're cutting it close.
- Shirley BowmanI'll make sure Dave knows it's urgent.
- Callie BrennanThank you. Okay, apart from that, did you get the user list to me?
- Shirley BowmanYeah, I sent that across. I think it was six names plus Aaron and me.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant, I've got that. I'll get accounts created once Snowflake's live. Any other concerns?
- Aaron GrahamNo, I think that's the main one. Just the Snowflake wait.
- Callie BrennanOkay. So next thing, I'll wait to hear on Snowflake. Once it's in, I'll kick off the full refresh. You don't need to do anything on your side until I tell you the data's live, then we'll do a quick call to show you the login and walk through how to ask questions.
- Shirley BowmanSounds good.
- Callie BrennanRight, I'll leave you to it then. Shirley, give me a ring once you've spoken to Dave. Cheers.
- Shirley BowmanWill do. Thanks, Callie.
