- Stefanie LangeReally well, actually. They're using it much more than we thought they would. Searching for complaints and submissions tied to each broker, saves them digging through multiple systems.
- Daniel OkaforThat's exactly the kind of thing we love to hear. You've got 40 users licensed, how many are regularly logging in?
- Stefanie LangeThe core group is pretty active day to day. I'd say roughly six to eight of them in regularly. Others are starting to explore.
- Daniel OkaforGood. And is the nightly refresh working well for you, or have there been any issues with data freshness?
- Stefanie LangeIt's working fine. Records are current by the time people start their day.
- Daniel OkaforBrilliant. How about the claims team: are they using it yet, or still ramping up?
- Stefanie LangeSlower there, but they're beginning to explore. I think when they see what broker management is getting from it, adoption will follow.
