Transcript
- Hamza AkhtarMorning, everyone. Thanks for getting on the call. So we're now live with the brain and today we're going to walk through the main workflows your team will use day to day. Stefanie, Philipp, either of you have questions before we start?
- Philipp SchulzLet's go.
- Hamza AkhtarRight. So your broker management team will mostly use the search interface. The key thing to understand is the brain indexes your CRM, calls, and complaints. When you ask a question, it searches across all three in parallel.
- Stefanie LangeOkay. So if I want to know which brokers had complaints last month?
- Hamza AkhtarExactly. You'd type that, or say it, and the brain gives you a list with the complaint text, when it came in, and the CRM records for that broker. You can drill into each complaint to see the context.
- Philipp SchulzAnd the data is refreshed every night?
- Hamza AkhtarEvery night by 07:00 UK time. You'll have fresh data each morning when you log in. If something urgent comes in, let me know and we can pull a manual refresh.
- Stefanie LangeGot it. What about dashboards? Can we build our own?
- Hamza AkhtarYes. You're on Growth, so you get the dashboards builder. It's visual, you drag and drop to define which metrics you want, split by broker, by quarter, whatever makes sense. We'll do a quick walk-through after the search training.
- Philipp SchulzHow long does a dashboard take to build?
- Hamza AkhtarTwenty minutes for a simple one. An hour for something with multiple views. The brain's intuitive, but I can send you some templates we've built for other insurance firms.
- Stefanie LangeThat's helpful. What about security? Who can see what?
- Hamza AkhtarYou set permissions in the admin console. Right now we've given everyone access, but you can lock it down by team or by broker. And there's an audit log so you can see who searched for what and when.
- Philipp SchulzUnderstood. Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
- Hamza AkhtarThat's Daniel, your CSM. He's your first point of contact for anything. If it's a product issue I need to dive deep on, I'm there, but Daniel owns the relationship.
- Stefanie LangeGood to know. Let me jump into search then. Show me an example?
- Hamza AkhtarSure. So I'm searching for complaints from our biggest broker, Riverside. I get back ten complaints in the last quarter. I click on one and see the CRM notes, the call recording transcript, and the broker's response.
- Stefanie LangeThat's excellent. Can I save that search?
- Hamza AkhtarAbsolutely. You can name it, set it to run automatically once a week, and have the brain email you the results.
- Philipp SchulzReally? That would be useful, I could get a weekly summary without logging in.
- Hamza AkhtarExactly. That's how we see teams get value, they set up a few automated reports and the brain becomes part of their routine.
- Stefanie LangeOkay. Now the dashboards, you mentioned templates?
- Hamza AkhtarYeah, I've got a portfolio dashboard that shows volume by broker, error rates, and complaints per quarter. I'll load it up and you can see how it's built, then you can copy and adapt it.
- Philipp SchulzThat would help.
- Hamza AkhtarRight, so this is the builder. Drag and drop. Here's the volume metric. Here's a filter for the date range. And here's a chart showing complaints per broker. Takes maybe fifteen minutes.
- Stefanie LangeI can see that working for our team. Can I build one now?
- Hamza AkhtarWhy not. Let's try. What would you like to track?
- Stefanie LangeI want to see how many claims each broker submitted and what percentage had issues.
- Hamza AkhtarPerfect. I'll pull that into the builder and you walk me through what you want to see. Philipp, happy to field questions?
- Philipp SchulzGo ahead.
- Hamza AkhtarSo I'm adding the claims metric here, filtering by date, and now adding the error rate. Now you see brokers down the left, and two columns, claims submitted and percentage with errors. We can add a conditional highlight so anything above a threshold shows in red.
- Stefanie LangePerfect. Can I share this with my team?
- Hamza AkhtarYeah, you publish it and anyone with access to the brain can see it. You control permissions in the admin console.
- Stefanie LangeGreat. Anything else I should know?
- Hamza AkhtarJust that if the data looks wrong: if a broker's records are missing, or a call isn't showing up, let Daniel know immediately. We'll investigate the connectors.
- Philipp SchulzWill do.
- Hamza AkhtarOtherwise, you're good to go. I'll put together a quick reference guide and email it over. And Stefanie, Daniel will check in with you in a couple of weeks to see how the team are getting on.
- Stefanie LangeSounds good. Thanks for the training.
- Hamza AkhtarYou're welcome. Cheers.
