What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Kickoff on 9 Apr 2026 for the eight-week implementation. Stefanie Lange named herself champion, Philipp Schulz owns the technical side and Dirk Vogt security. Credentials, connectors, validation and training were scheduled.
What happened: Hamza Akhtar set out an eight-week plan: credentials and connection tests in week one, connectors in weeks two to four, validation, then training in week seven. Daniel Okafor confirmed check-ins at the end of week two and week six.
Customer view: Stefanie said she is the champion and is driving adoption on the broker management side. Philipp asked about credential handling and Dirk asked about logging and how to flag security issues.
Commercial: No price or renewal discussion. The call shows a customer engaged and ready, with all three customer roles present.
Watch: Admin cover is not settled. Philipp suggested himself and one other, and Stefanie said she would nominate someone, so a second admin is still open.

Transcript
- Daniel OkaforThanks for joining, everyone. This is kickoff, Hamza and I will walk you through what the next eight weeks look like. Hamza, you're taking the project lead on implementation.
- Hamza AkhtarThanks, Daniel. Right, so week one is where we're at, we've signed, we're live as of today. I'll need a few things from you. Philipp, I'll need API keys and credentials for your CRM, call recorder, email. Read-only is fine.
- Philipp SchulzHow do you want them: email, or through a secure channel?
- Hamza AkhtarSecure channel, yeah. I'll send you a secure link. You upload the credentials there, and they go straight into our vault. We'll never touch them or log them.
- Dirk VogtAnd once you have the credentials?
- Hamza AkhtarWe test the connections. Make sure we can pull data from each system. Should take a day or two. Philipp, I'll loop you in on the testing, you'll see what's coming across.
- Philipp SchulzGood. And then?
- Hamza AkhtarWeeks two and three, we build the connectors. That's the transformation logic, how we map your data into Snowflake. We'll do a walkthrough with you. Then we test, refine, and by week four you should see data flowing.
- Stefanie LangeAnd I can start querying at that point?
- Hamza AkhtarWe'll have training before that. Weeks five and six are data validation, making sure what you're seeing in the brain matches what you expect. Then training in week seven. By week eight, you're running on your own.
- Stefanie LangeOkay. And you'll be running the show on this?
- Hamza AkhtarMe day-to-day. Daniel's the CSM, he's your person for adoption, questions on how to get value. But for technical stuff, that's me. I'll be on slack, email, whatever works.
- Daniel OkaforAnd I'll do a check-in call at the end of week two and week six just to see how you're getting on, any blockers.
- Philipp SchulzWhat about security? Do we need to do any hardening or, ?
- Hamza AkhtarDirk and I will do a security walkthrough in week one once we've got the architecture in place. Hannah did a lot of that work with you, but I'll confirm everything is locked down. Network, IAM, encryption, all of it.
- Dirk VogtGood. And logging, audit trail?
- Hamza AkhtarAll in Snowflake. You'll see who queried what, when, all of it. Snowflake's built-in audit is on by default.
- Stefanie LangeWhat about admin access? Who's going to be the admin on the Kronfeld side?
- Hamza AkhtarUsually the data person, Philipp, or someone in IT. They manage users, permissions, that kind of thing. How many admins do you want?
- Philipp SchulzProbably just me and one other. Maybe someone from Stefanie's team who understands the use cases?
- Stefanie LangeYeah, I can nominate someone. We'll figure that out.
- Daniel OkaforBrilliant. So Hamza'll send you all the details: the kickoff schedule, secure link for credentials, all of that, by tomorrow. Anything else?
- Dirk VogtJust, if anything comes up on the security side, how do I flag it?
- Hamza AkhtarEmail me or slack me. I'll get you Slack by tomorrow. And if it's a blocker, we jump on a call. But usually email is fine.
- Daniel OkaforRight. So week one: we get credentials, test connections, do the security walkthrough. Then Hamza's building connectors weeks two to four. You'll see data flowing. Then validation and training. And by late May, you're live and running. Just to confirm, Stefanie, who's going to be the main person on your side? Day-to-day decisions, the champion?
- Stefanie LangeThat's me. I'm the champion. Philipp's got the technical side, Dirk's got security. But I'm driving adoption on the broker management side.
- Daniel OkaforPerfect. Stefanie, I'll check in with you regularly. And Hamza's the daily contact for technical stuff. Any questions before we wrap?
- Philipp SchulzJust, the secure link for credentials. I'll need to know exactly what to upload and in what format.
- Hamza AkhtarI'll include instructions in the email. Should be pretty straightforward, just the API keys and a test endpoint if you want to verify before uploading.
- Stefanie LangeGood. We're ready. Let's go.
- Daniel OkaforBrilliant. Hamza'll be in touch tomorrow. Thanks, everyone. Speak soon.
