What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Stefanie Lange, Head of Broker Management, saw a demo on sample data and called it the right direction. A proposal, an architecture diagram and a questionnaire for her data and security colleagues follow, with a call in early January.
What happened: Matteo Ricci and Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on sample data to Stefanie. Matteo framed the Growth tier with forty users, four connectors and eight weeks to go-live.
Customer view: Stefanie described broker work scattered across systems and said she could see the fit. She added that her team will want to see it too.
Commercial: Pricing was deferred to a formal proposal that she can share with Andreas and Martina. Add-on pricing for extra users or connectors was also left to the proposal.
Watch: Philipp (data) and Dirk (security) must complete the questionnaire and review before the early January call. No price or decision date was agreed on this call.

Transcript
- Matteo RicciMorning, Stefanie. Thanks for making the time. I know it's lunchtime for you in Düsseldorf.
- Stefanie LangeBusy, but good to be here. Hannah, welcome.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Stefanie. Matteo's told me you manage broker relationships: submissions, calls, the whole flow?
- Stefanie LangeThat's right. I oversee the broker channel. So we get submissions, renewals, new business coming in. Then there are calls with brokers and sometimes complaints when things go wrong. Everything's scattered across systems.
- Hannah LoweThat's the pain point we solve. The brain is an AI layer that sits inside your Snowflake account. You connect your systems, CRM, call recorder, email, and ask questions in plain English. It finds the answer across everything at once.
- Stefanie LangeSo you're building integrations to our systems?
- Hannah LoweRight, we call them connectors. We build them and data flows into your Snowflake. The brain indexes it. You search like you're talking to someone, not writing code.
- Stefanie LangeAnd the data stays with us?
- Hannah LoweCompletely. Your account. We don't see it. That matters for compliance.
- Matteo RicciGrowth tier is what we're discussing. Forty users, broker management, claims, whoever. Four connectors included. Eight weeks to go-live from signature.
- Stefanie LangeWho does the integration work on our side?
- Matteo RicciHamza, our implementation consultant, owns that. You give him access to your systems. Philipp, is that your data person? would review the architecture with Hannah. And Dirk in security walks through the controls.
- Stefanie LangeGood. They'll want to be involved.
- Hannah LoweI'll send Philipp a questionnaire on the technical side, and then we talk. Same with Dirk. Can I show you what it looks like?
- Stefanie LangeYes, please.
- Hannah LoweSo this is a brain with sample data. Someone asks: show me all submissions from this month where the broker has had claims issues. The brain understands, finds the submissions, checks the claims history, and shows fourteen results. You click in and see everything: the submission, calls, complaints, all together.
- Stefanie LangeRight. And I don't need to know SQL?
- Hannah LoweNo. Just English. You type or speak. The brain remembers context. If you've been looking at a broker and ask to see complaints, it knows you mean that broker's complaints.
- Stefanie LangeCan I save a search and rerun it?
- Hannah LoweYes. Save it, run it every week, and the brain refreshes overnight with fresh data. By seven in the morning you've got current information.
- Matteo RicciThat's hours a week saved. Instead of your team pulling reports, the brain does it.
- Stefanie LangeAnd can other people use the searches I save?
- Hannah LoweIf you share them. Saves are yours by default, but you can mark them shared so anyone in your team can run them.
- Stefanie LangeGood. So, pricing. What are we looking at?
- Matteo RicciI'll put together a formal proposal early next week. It'll have subscription, implementation, any add-ons. You can share it with Andreas and Martina.
- Stefanie LangeAnd if we want to add users or connectors?
- Matteo RicciAdd-ons. I'll detail pricing in the proposal.
- Stefanie LangeOkay. So what's the next step?
- Matteo RicciHannah sends you the architecture diagram and Philipp's questionnaire. I send the proposal. You loop in Philipp and Dirk and they fill in the questionnaire. Then we schedule another call, early January probably, and walk through everything with them.
- Stefanie LangeEarly January works. I'll send you some dates.
- Matteo RicciPerfect. Stefanie, I think you're a really good fit for the brain. This manual stitching, that's exactly what we solve.
- Stefanie LangeYeah, I can see it. My team will want to see it too, but I think this is the right direction.
- Hannah LoweBrilliant. I'll get those documents out today. Anything comes up, just ping me.
- Matteo RicciCheers, Stefanie. Really appreciate your time.
- Stefanie LangeThanks, both. Speak soon.
