Lieke HermansYeah, excited to get this live.- Hamza AkhtarBrilliant. So we've got eight weeks to go from contract to live. Today I want to map out the timeline, confirm which systems we're hooking up, and work out who owns what on your side. That OK?
- Stijn GielenSounds good. Yeah, so on my end, I'm handling the WMS and Salesforce credentials. Finance will give us access to Xero.
- Hamza AkhtarPerfect. So that's three connectors to start, WMS, Salesforce, Xero. Are there any other systems you'd like to include? You've got eight connectors included, so you've got room to grow.
- Lieke HermansMaybe down the line, but let's start with those three for now. Get the basics solid.
- Hamza AkhtarSmart. OK, so the timeline, I'll do initial discovery and data modelling in weeks one and two. That's me looking at your schema, understanding the relationships, setting up the brain to query your data properly. Weeks three to five, we'll get the WMS connector live, then Salesforce, then Xero. Each one, I'll need Stijn or whoever to give credentials and do a quick test.
- Stijn GielenGot it. How long does each connector take?
- Hamza AkhtarUsually about a day each once I've got the credentials. You'll probably spend an hour or two testing it, making sure the data's coming through right.
- Lieke HermansAnd then what, weeks six to eight is training and go-live?
- Hamza AkhtarExactly. Week six I'll run a full training session with whoever's going to be using this: you, Stijn, anyone on the operations side who's going to be asking questions. Then week seven is live, you're using it for real. Week eight is buffer and support.
- Stijn GielenOK. And what about after we go live, are you on hand if something breaks?
- Hamza AkhtarOnce you're live, you're supported through Marcus, he's your CSM. Anything critical, you've got one-hour response time on Growth. For training or changes, you'd reach out to Marcus and he'll either help or pull in engineering if needed.
- Lieke HermansWho's Marcus?
- Hamza AkhtarMarcus Bell, he's our Customer Success Manager. You'll meet him properly soon, but he owns your relationship from go-live onwards. Any questions, any needs, he's your first call.
- Stijn GielenOK, got it. So what do you need from me this week?
- Hamza AkhtarI'll send you a data access request, you'll need to get me read-only credentials for your WMS and Salesforce. And ask finance to give me read-only on Xero. That's the main blocker. Once I have that, I can start the modelling work.
- Stijn GielenI can do that. How long do I have?
- Hamza AkhtarBy end of next week would be ideal, that gives me the full eight weeks. But if it takes a couple of days longer, we can adjust.
- Lieke HermansAnd then we'll see you in week six for training?
- Hamza AkhtarExactly. I'll send a calendar invite for that, probably a Friday afternoon so people can make it. Any other questions today?
