Final onboarding prep on 2 Feb 2026: connectors live in test, data validated, two training sessions set and go-live planned for the end of the month. Stijn Gielen asked what happens if a connector stops syncing.

What happened: Hamza Akhtar ran the final onboarding prep with Lieke Hermans and Stijn Gielen on 2 Feb 2026. Connectors were live in test, the data was validated and training was set as two sessions of two hours each.

Customer view: Lieke had briefed her team and asked practical questions about who should attend, forgotten passwords and how to introduce the brain. Stijn asked what happens if a connector stops syncing after go-live.

Commercial: Hamza quoted Growth response times: a look within an hour and an answer within four business hours. He also promised a usage report after 30 days, going to Marcus for a check-in.

Watch: Go-live was planned for the end of the month. The evidence does not show whether it happened or how usage developed.

Follow-up

Next steps

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Hamza to send the slide deck and video by the end of the week and draft an introduction note for Lieke.
  • Hamza to pull a usage report 30 days after go-live and pass it to Marcus for the check-in.

Risks

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • A connector sync failure after go-live depends on Hamza monitoring it every night and reaching out first.
  • The call names Stijn as the admin who manages users, so user management rests on one person.

Opportunities

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Eight to ten trainees across warehouse, customer service, operations and finance suggests a broad first user base.
  • The second session on dashboards and personalisation points to weekly reporting built on the brain.

Right, afternoon all. Good to see you, Lieke. We're about two weeks out now and I want to walk through the final prep and training schedule.
  2. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
Thanks, Hamza. I've briefed the team. They're expecting training and we've blocked a couple of sessions.
  3. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Brilliant. So the connectors are live in test and we've validated all the data. The brain's running. Stijn and I and Karin have all tested it and the answers check out. So what I want to do now is get your team trained so they can use it from day one.
  4. Hamza Akhtar

Training is two sessions. Session one is next week, Thursday, two hours, fundamentals. That's how to ask questions, read the results, the three search modes. Session two is the following Tuesday, also two hours: dashboards and personalisation, so folks can set up reports they use weekly.
  5. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
    Who should attend?
  6. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
I'd say eight to ten people. Warehouse team, couple from your customer service, someone from operations and finance. Whoever queries data regularly. Stijn, you've got access for everyone on the brain already, so they can log in after training.
  7. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
Yeah, I've set up user accounts for everyone. They've got their login credentials.
  8. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Perfect. I'm going to send you a slide deck and a video, people can review it before the session or after if they miss it. Lieke, do you want me to share that with the team in advance?
  9. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
Yeah, send it over and I'll give them a heads-up. When's the first session exactly?
  10. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Next Thursday at two o'clock. I'll send a calendar invite.
  11. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Right, and go-live is planned for about three weeks from now, end of the month. Once you're live, the brain's querying your real data from the connectors. Your team starts using it. I'm on standby for the first two weeks if anything breaks or if people have questions.
  12. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
What happens if someone forgets their password?
  13. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
They email Marcus or you can email us. We reset it. Standard stuff.
  14. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
And how do I add more users if we need to?
  15. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
You're the admin, you've got a user management console. You create an account, assign them a role, they get a login link. If you ever get stuck, you ask Marcus or me.
  16. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Last thing, usage. Once you're live, I'll pull a report after 30 days showing who's been asking questions, which questions are most popular, that sort of thing. That's going to Marcus, and he'll do a proper check-in with you.
  17. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
What's a good way to introduce it? Should I send a note?
  18. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
I can draft something for you if you want. Basically, 'here's the brain, here's what it does, here are three example questions you can ask'. That usually helps folks get going.
  19. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
Do that and I'll personalise it for the team.
  20. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Will do. Right, I think that's everything. Questions?
  21. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
What if a connector stops syncing after go-live?
  22. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
I monitor it every night. If I see a sync failure, I investigate and reach out to you first thing. Usually it's something like a password change or a firewall rule. I'll help fix it.
  23. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
And Marcus has got details on the response times: for Growth, if there's an issue with the brain itself, we're looking at it within an hour and we've got you an answer within four business hours. High priority stuff is faster.
  24. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
OK, I think we're all set. Send over the slide deck and we'll be ready.
  25. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Perfect. I'll send everything by end of week. You'll get the invite to the training session tomorrow. See you next week. Cheers, both.
