Onboarding call on 12 Jan 2026 with Lieke Hermans and Stijn Gielen. Hamza Akhtar is validating the WMS data, training is planned for weeks seven and eight, and support hands over to Marcus after two weeks. No commercial signal.

What happened: Hamza Akhtar explained the data quality report he is preparing on the WMS dataset and booked a walkthrough with Stijn Gielen for the following Tuesday. Lieke Hermans asked about likely problems, training and connector failures.

Customer view: Lieke's questions are about rollout and what happens when something breaks, not about price or value. Stijn confirmed access worked and he had already explored the test environment.

Commercial: No renewal, price or rival comment. Onboarding is on track, and a clean go-live is what makes the first Starter-to-renewal conversation easier later.

Watch: Support moves from Hamza to Marcus after the first two weeks, and the customer will rely on a 24-hour sync alert to catch a broken connector. The draft training schedule is still owed to Lieke.

    Hamza Akhtar
Right, good morning. How's the week been? Stijn, any issues with the access you sent over?
  2. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
Nope, all went through smoothly. I've got you logged in and I was having a poke around the test environment yesterday.
  3. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Good. I've pulled the first dataset from your WMS this week and I'm validating it: checking data types, null values, things like that. I'll have a data quality report for you by end of week.
  4. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
What does a data quality report tell us?
  5. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
It tells you whether the data coming through is clean: field values are what we expect, nothing's corrupt, we're not missing chunks. If there are issues, I flag them and we decide together whether it's a data cleaning step on your side or a tweaked mapping on mine.
  6. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
How likely is it we'll find problems?
  7. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Pretty common, honestly. Nothing scary. Usually someone's put a phone number in a date field a few years ago, or there's a batch of old records with a different format. We handle it.
  8. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Stijn, I've scheduled an hour next Tuesday for us to walk through the WMS data together. I'll show you what I'm seeing, you tell me if anything looks odd. Then we do the same for the order system and finance.
  9. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
Works for me. What do I need to prepare?
  10. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Just have the data dictionary handy, what each field is called, what it should contain. If you don't have that, don't worry, I've got your schema from the database already.
  11. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
When does training kick off for the wider team?
  12. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
We're about four weeks out from go-live. Training happens in weeks seven and eight. For now I'm just working with Stijn on the technical side. I'll send you a draft schedule in a few weeks.
  13. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
    How long is each session?
  14. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Two hours each. One session is fundamentals, how to ask the brain questions, read results. Another is dashboards, how to build one. I'll show you a video walkthrough too, so anyone who misses the live session can catch up.
  15. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
And after we go live, what's the support model?
  16. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
I'm around for the first two weeks. Any questions or bugs, you email me or hit the Slack channel and I'm on it. After that it transitions to Marcus. He'll check in after 30 days and then quarterly.
  17. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
What if a connector stops working?
  18. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
We monitor it on our side. If the WMS connector hasn't synced in 24 hours, we get an alert and we reach out to you, probably Stijn, to see what's changed. Usually it's something simple, like a password update.
  19. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
Fair. Right, let me know when you want to do that walkthrough and I'll block the time.
  20. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Tuesday at two o'clock work? I'll send a calendar invite.
  21. Stijn Gielen
    Stijn Gielen
    Yep.
  22. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Right. I'm going to keep heads-down on the connectors. Once I've got the data quality reports, I'll iterate the mappings and come back with a second version. Lieke, I'll loop you in once we've validated everything. Any other questions?
  23. Lieke Hermans
    Lieke Hermans
No, I think we're good. Thanks, Hamza.
  24. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
    Cheers. Speak soon.
