Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneGood morning, everyone. Can you hear me?
- Lindsay Pallister NoneYes, we can hear you fine. Hi Lewis. I've got Stephanie with me from our systems team.
- Lewis Kerr NoneBrilliant. Stephanie, good to hear from you. This is Anya from our solutions team, she'll walk us through how the brain works on your data. How are you both getting on this week?
- Stephanie Lowes NoneNot too bad, thanks. Busy as always. Looking forward to seeing what this can do.
- Anya Petrova NoneThanks for making time. Before we dive in, I'd like to understand what's top of mind for you. What would be most useful to see today?
- Lindsay Pallister NoneWe've got twenty-two homes across County Durham and Northumberland. Family contact details, incident logs and fee invoices are scattered across different systems. We end up reconciling a lot by hand. If we could see all that in one place, it would save us hours every week.
- Anya Petrova NoneThat's exactly what the brain does. It sits inside your Snowflake account and pulls together your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, usage and finance data. You ask it questions instead of switching between systems. Let me show you what that looks like on your data structure. Can you tell me, you said family contacts and invoices. What systems are they in right now?
- Stephanie Lowes NoneThe family data is in our CRM. Incidents are logged in a helpdesk system. And invoicing is in our accounting software. So yes, three different tools.
- Anya Petrova NonePerfect. So the brain would talk to all three of those. We'd set up connectors, that's our term for the bridge to each system. Let me show you the admin panel. This is where you'd see connectors for your CRM, helpdesk and accounting package. Each one syncs on a nightly schedule, so the data is fresh by the morning.
- Lewis Kerr NoneAnd with a Growth plan, Stephanie, you'd have eight connectors, so plenty of room if you want to add others down the line. The brain also includes dashboards, so Lindsay's team could build a dashboard that shows, say, all incidents flagged as high priority across the homes.
- Lindsay Pallister NoneSo we could see that without asking the IT team every time?
- Anya Petrova NoneExactly. You build it once, it updates nightly. And you can also ask the brain questions directly. Type something like 'show me unpaid invoices over thirty days for Durham homes', and it brings back the answer.
- Stephanie Lowes NoneThat would save so much time. How many of us can access it?
- Lewis Kerr NoneGrowth tier includes forty users, which should cover your operational teams, finance, maybe heads of home. You can add more if you need to later on.
- Anya Petrova NoneWe'd also run this inside your own Snowflake instance, so the data never leaves your infrastructure. And we support quarterly business reviews: so Lewis and I, or someone from our team, would check in with you four times a year to make sure you're getting value.
- Lindsay Pallister NoneHow long does implementation take?
- Lewis Kerr NoneFor Growth, we schedule eight weeks. We'd work with Stephanie and your IT team to set up the connectors, build your initial dashboards, and train a couple of power users. We'd also support you through the security review if that's needed.
- Stephanie Lowes NoneAnd what's the cost?
- Lewis Kerr NoneGrowth is forty-four thousand a year. The implementation is a separate one-off fee of twelve thousand. So to put a number on it, the first year is fifty-six thousand all-in, then forty-four thousand annually after that. Is that ballpark something that works for you?
- Lindsay Pallister NoneThat's useful to know. Let me just check: so after year one, it's the annual subscription and nothing else, unless we add more?
- Lewis Kerr NoneCorrect. Unless you want to add extra users or connectors, in which case we'd quote those as add-ons.
- Stephanie Lowes NoneCan we see the demo on our actual data?
- Anya Petrova NoneWe can walk through it on our demo environment today, and once you're signed up, we'll have a proper environment built on your data. That's part of the implementation.
- Lewis Kerr NoneSo next steps would be, I'll send over a formal quote and the order form. That covers the forty users, eight connectors, the twelve thousand implementation and the forty-four thousand annual subscription. If that looks good, we'd get it signed and then Laura, our implementation lead, would be in touch to kick off.
- Lindsay Pallister NoneSounds good. When would we be live?
- Lewis Kerr NoneEight weeks from signature. We'd aim to have everything built and tested within that window, and you'd be up and running before the end of summer.
- Stephanie Lowes NoneAnd support, how does that work?
- Anya Petrova NoneGrowth includes standard support, so response times are one business hour for urgent issues. If you need something faster, we offer premium support as an add-on. But standard should cover you well.
- Lindsay Pallister NoneI think that's clear. Lewis, can you send that quote over this week?
- Lewis Kerr NoneI'll send it today. And I'll include the order form so you can review it. Any questions from either of you before we wrap?
- Stephanie Lowes NoneNot from me.
- Lindsay Pallister NoneSame here. Thanks, both of you.
- Lewis Kerr NoneCheers, Lindsay. Speak soon.
- Anya Petrova NoneThanks for your time, and good luck with the homes.
